Have went here off and on for years and the workers here are polite mostly, have run into a few that weren't but the last time I went was terrible. Went in to have the brakes looked at which the mechanic did a good job identifying the issue and fixing it. However, the problems started after that, requested to have the air filter done too while was getting the brakes done but when I came to pick up the car they forgot so had to wait another 30 mins for the air filter to be replaced. After that was done and I drove out of the driveway the engine sounded horrible and the oil pressure light came on then it went off so thought maybe just a fluke but turned the corner and accelerated and it sounded worse and the oil pressure light came on again so turned around and took it back in and told them what happened and not sure why that came on when I didn't get the oil changed and never had that happen ever with my car. So they took it back in and no one really said anything to me so I asked one of the workers what happened and he just told me the manager was looking at it and go talk to him so I did and he just said he double checked everything and its fine. That's a bunch of bs because i saw them adding oil and doing stuff, my guess is they accidentally drained oil because they were adding something to the car, pretty sure it was oil but even after I got the car back it wasn't running the same, was running much louder and I've had this vehicle since it had only 14,000 miles on it and it has never sounded like that so decided to check the air filter and it wasn't the right one, it didn't fit in there right and was bending on one side and I couldn't get it to fit so I went to Auto Zone and bought my own filter and replaced it and it fits like it should and runs normal again. Terrible quality of work other than the brakes, not sure I will ever go here again after that.

I dont know anyhting about cars, but I don’t know why they charged me 800$ dollars to replace one tire…they said its because the tire they used is expensive but I don’t think it should have been that expensive because i asked for the cheapest tire i have a honda coivic I don’t know of it is supposed to be expensive. I tried negotiating but they got angry. Don’t go ehre, they are very pushy and aggressive to boot.

Hey, I saw the 4.5 and thought it looked legit. Went in. Not only were they taking really weirdly long to change my oil, they over priced me like crazy. I don’t know why they have so many 5 star reviews. It’s very strange, because the service I received wasn’t good at all.

If I could leave less then a 1 star I would. I took my car here for a 17 point oil change and they completely forgot to put the undercarriage skid plate back on costing me over 150$ to replace and they extremely over tightened my oil drain plug. I called to say something and they said I had no proof it was caused by them.
well how else would the brackets for the screws of my skid plate end up in the grille of my car? they didn't fall off and go to the front of my car.
