I used to love this place Customer service is a must have. Without the owners wife Balinda not working there anymore I won’t be back. She was amazing… now the new guy is asleep half time go in there and he tries to charge me double $.. got to have rite staff to run a business. And they obviously don’t at moment. Gonna miss smoking jays.

Sold me a defective homemade vaporizer that runs way too hot to vape at even the lowest setting. No one who works here seems to even understand how to use this device that their owner makes himself, and I returned to the store several times but the people who work here just seem to think I am too stupid to know how to use this device. I ended up buying the same type of vaporizer at a different shop and it worked just fine. Too bad I am out $90 and stuck with some homemade contraption that is clearly defective.

Great people!!! Very friendly and helpful. Always have what I need. Large variety of products. Found a coupla cool caps for a reasonable price. And they WILL work with you if your funding is a bit tight. Just tell em up front what you need & about how much you can spend. Y'all will work something out!!!

My husband and I were looking around for tattoo supplies and decided to check this place out. We’ve never been here before, but on arrival we didn’t want to go anywhere else. Seth and his wife were both super friendly, attentive and helpful with EVERYTHING. He helped us with every question we had and had great customer service. Even the friendly conversation was great. If we weren’t moving out of state, we’d make this a regular spot for all our smoke shop needs. Thank you both so much for all of your help today.

Friendly, a bit pricey on the vape mods, but dude *did* give me one, no, I mean, *sell* me of his own batteries from his own vape mod, when he couldn't find another battery to sell me with the vape mod I purchased, so I was able to leave with two batteries and thusly able to use my mod that night after I left.

Owner and his daughter were kind and informative. I am fairly new to vaping. Really appreciate their positive, laid back vibe. Their pricing is really cheap compared to other local shops. Bought my first vape pen elsewhere and came here for juice and coils. Came in twice in hopes they had the coil. With not luck, I purchased a new vape pen. Then, I misplaced that one too. But, found the first one. So went back to the shop a third time, hoping they had the coils yet. No luck. Decided to buy yet another pen (was falling back on cigarettes). Exact same one as the last one I bought here. It was an opened box and the only one left. Unfortunately, it was defective. Less than a week later when I got back into town, came in to exchange it and check again for coils for my first piece. No coils. No more of those pens either. The co-worker (he and his wife are generally kind as well, love their sweet boy) showed me a similar piece at the same price range ($20). I looked at the bigger piece ($100) and said I'll just upgrade to the larger piece. Unfortunately, he was absolutely angry, not annoyed but straight up angry with me for assuming it'd be an exchange ($80 for the new piece instead of $100). Buyer beware, they have a no return or exchange policy, even for defective product. Businesses are not permitted to apply the no return/exchange policy on defective product. If you pay for a service or product and don't get it, you get your money back. It'd be a business loss filed in taxes. For a customer to get stuck with a defect, that's theft or fraud. Glad I found out with a $20 piece and not the $100 one. BUT they really are the cheapest shop I've found. Found a shop and they do (by law) exchange defective products.

Come in all the time for vapes, except sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Last night I went and bought a disposable vape for around 20 dollars got home everything worked fine. Woke up this morning it was dead so I plugged it in. It's been about an hour and it's completely broken doesn't hit just gets juice in your mouth. Customer service is good making sure your product is any good is a different story though...
