Snobby ass workers , I came in to return shoes and asked politely to a group of workers who were talking and they sent me back to the person at the cash register, It was Coo but then the cashier couldn't find my receipt but I had the card transaction and date, she then smirked at another employee and then told them the story and said she couldn't find a purchase of my size shoe on that date, I had proceeded to say that wasn't the shoe size I had purchased, turns out she was looking up the size I was getting, not that I had originally bought snobby snobby snobby

A very kind People who work here- the quality is superior for a "Kiosk" I love how they will work with you and I never felt Rushed even tho it's so close to the food court and ppl stop &Browse, the attention was always on me I appreciated this experience

I stopped into this store on a whim with my girlfriend. I decided to get a new pair of sneakers, as my old ones had seen better days. Since I was sick of wearing white sneakers (they get dirty way too easily), I decided on a darker-colored pair this time around.I found exactly what I was looking for, and the customer service rep helped me find the right size. My girlfriend found some sneakers for herself as well, and we went to check out. The selection here is decent, and the service is efficient. I was impressed, and I can't believe I never shopped at a Shiekh Shoes before. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I'm in the market for a new pair of sneakers. I don't know if I'll ever find myself in Modesto again, but if you find yourself in this part of NorCal, give this place a try for your sneaker needs.

Always expect the unexpected. My fiancé and I were about to walk out of the mall when we decided to get measured for our rings. Jorge Flores greeted us and from there never looked back. His professionalism and customer service skills were on point, he was very clear in explaining the entire process. Never did I think I would walk out with two rings and get this he even cleaned my fiancé engagement ring talk about customer service on point. Because of Jorge we will definitely be back!

The customer service here during my few encounters been absolutely amazing. My fiancé bought me jewelry through Jared and kay is actually a sister location. We came to kay because it was actually closer to our house then Jared's. The manager Angel at kay jewelry at the vintage fair mall was very patience and understanding. Me and my fiancé during the summer came back and fourth to this location a few times for a few different reasons and Angel was just absolutely amazing with helping us with our needs and wants. Going forward, we will just buy from kay and from her.

This was the first store my fiancé and I went into to find our wedding bands. We both found rings we absolutely loved but as I mentioned this was the first store we had looked at, so we put the rings aside and went over to Kay jewelers just to browse a little more and be sure we loved the original rings we picked out. We couldn't help but to notice how kind and AWESOME everyone in Valliani Jewelers was, so of course we went back and chose to go through them. They made us feel like they actually cared. They worked with us on price and even were able to get both my rings soldered together working 24 hours before my bridal shower... Literally the best service and all around amazing people. 10/10 recommend

The worst jewelry store I have ever purchased from. Makes promises during the purchase but never reviews policies with customers. At the time of purchase they said free sizing but never stated a 30 day time frame. Now as they are preparing my documents I decide that I will be taking my ring for service else where and the employee states that due to them already submitting request I could no longer cancel my service. Will never purchase from there again. All they care about is there money and not their customer service. To think I was going to purchase from there again in the future.. NEVER AGAIN! And DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Been coming for a few years ago due to the fact that they don't have a Jared's in Modesto. Honestly it's horrible I am always waiting. Only 2 associates working and always busy. Every 6 months i dread coming here.

Jorge Flores (assistant manager) for VALLIANI Jewelers in Modesto Mall. My daughter and I were looking for a birthstone ring. Since, it was so many in the store and not known what to choose. Jorge was very patient and assist us through. He worked with us on the price. Because of his kindness, patient and good customers service. We ended up bought a ring from him. We are very happy with his service. In a future I will recommend this company to any of my friends or family members.
