Talked to Sonya on the phone to set up a haircut for my daughter and she was completely unprofessional she picked up the phone and didn't even say hello and when i was trying to ask her if they took kids she started to talk to other customers, and while I'm trying to make an appointment she cuts me off she says she doesn't have the time to take the call because she has better things to do. Then i was told to take her number and send a picture after she was completely rude and out of line. I will never come to this place if your employees behave like that what a shame

I took my daughter to get her hair braided for the first time and everyone was so helpful, friendly, and extremely patient with us. My daughters hair looks amazing. I definitely recommend this place if looking to get your hair braided!!

This is what my hair looked like after it was done. The second pic is a week later. Michael Madkins did it. He had an attitude when I asked for a refund. If you don't believe in good customer service, maybe you shouldn't work with the public.

I looked at the reviews first before calling, there were some that looked fake and only trying to trash the rep... however I ended up calling anyway, the lady that picked up the phone was very rude, I started the conversation with good afternoon how are you doing today in which she responds with a nasty attitude I'm busy. I apologized for calling and ended the call. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

The first time I went here I just wanted my hair cut and styled..The girl who did it didn’t seem to know what a cut and style was because when I left from that place I went home and re-did my hair??♀️ It was poorly cut as I looked at it at home horrible I cried.. the next time my niece got her hair braided that was horribly done like she didn’t really want to do it but she did anyways…Very disappointed in this place and I had high hope since it’s a black owned business

Brought my daughter, Jada, in to get her hair relaxed. It was her first time and my wife and I were nervous about how it wouldturn out. Sonya did an amazing job and we were, definitely, thrilled with the outcome! The staff was friendly and jovial and my daughter loves her hair! Shear Glory is the place to stop, hair care, up do's, weaves and locks and those who need a fade, shave or what not? They have a barber who puts out all the stops. I just received great service at Shear Glory, I had to give a shout out!!
