“Never had a bad experience with Derrel's Mini Storage. Most of the staff has been friendly. I have had multiple units for many years. Only issue I have is they automatically raise the price of rent every year. Not every few years or every other year, every year!!! I cant believe how much my rent has gone up since my original first year.”
