Marie was an extremely knowledgeable, patient and informative sales associate. This was an extremely comfortable and easy transaction and my stackable washer dryer works great. It is a very refreshing experience to encounter real people who listen to your needs as a customer and then present realistic solutions that work. Plus she has cool hair. Kudos Marie.

This store I highly recommend ,fantastic prices the saleswoman Marie was absolutely professional on product knowledge on point with absolutely no pressure very pleasant to deal with we bought a bed a kitchen table and leather sectional couch we came back three different times and she was professional every time Thank You Again, Marie

My family's fridge kicked the bucket. I wanted to note that the store representative Brandy was very knowledgeable of the products and she provided professional explanations with comparisons. The products were fairly priced and most were in like new condition(hardly any dents or dings). I was impressed by her customer service and she was very patient as we explored the great variety they have in store. She is a wise woman with great friendliness. My family is happy that Brandy helped us to decide on a new fridge for our home. Thank you Brandy for all your insights and a 5-star experience! I will share and refer to family and friends :)

Ashley, the manager at American Freight, provided excellent service to my wife & I shopping for a dishwasher. We had been to other stores, including big box stores with great prices and selection, but we found the honesty and highly competent advice of Ashley gave us confidence the we were getting better value for the money at American Freight. When we had a serious problem with the unit we purchased after installation, Ashley honored her commitment promises, and we were allowed to return the dishwasher hassel free. Due to our trust in Ashley honoring her commitment to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase, we decided to purchase a more expensive model that we discovered served our needs better. We installed the 2nd unit and it working excellently. We are grateful for American Freight's customer service and recommend Ashley to anyone else who is seeking honesty and competence in helping match the best product to a customer's needs.

Came here a month ago and purchased a bed. Marie was super helpful as soon as I walked in but also understood when it was time to walk away and be pushy about the sale. Incredibly impressive. Bought my girlfriend back tonight and Marie was professional and helpful once again!
