Went to the same stylist for over a year, the inconsistency and finally a horrible haircut like she was angry or did on purpose. Never again. Not to mention 75$ for a haircut.

2nd time coming 2 this salon as I wanted 2 try other recommendations. I know now that THIS is the salon 4 me. The last 2 people who did my hair did not listen 2 what I wanted and I didnt like the color they did. The colorist at Salon Salon listened and I am absolutely in love with the color.

Efrain at Salon Salon did my hair and he did a fantastic job! As a woman with fine hair, every strand is precious, lol and he understands this about me and helps me with volume and with keeping my length. I left the salon very happy and I highly recommend him. I want to express how he loves to help people with amazing haircuts. He does this by listening to what you want, giving you honest feedback about what will work and what won't, he also analyzes your head shape and cuts accordingly. He is also bilingual in Spanish and friendly.

Efrain was my stylist, and he always does an amazing job! He really listens to my requests and offers great suggestions too. The salon atmosphere is busy but relaxing, and everyone is so accommodating and nice!

Efrain did a bad hair job. Did not follow directions. I asked for better service and was denied. Not even half my money back. Vibe just not right, used to be better quality back in the day. Took 2 days to get back to me.

This place was very disappointing and had unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I made an appointment on Monday for Tuesday afternoon, I didn't care who I got just wanted to get a hair cut since I have never been here before. I walk in for my appointment with my mom and the lady at the from reception desk was rude from the begging. She did not greet us, but said "you have an appointment?" With an irritated tone in her voice. I gave her my name and number and she tells me that my appointment has been cancelled. She tells me that I SHOULD have got a call because the lady that was supposed to do my hair had to call in sick. I was not called and had not received any voicemails. She didn't believe that I did not receive a call and I said "I can show you my phone" and she snapped saying "I DON'T WANNA SEE YOUR PHONE!" She then called someone and says that they will have to schedule me for the next day. My mom who was talking to me said "You can't do tomorrow can you?" And the lady puts her hand up and yells at my mom to hold on a minute and asks my mom why she is being so hostile. My mom tells her that her behavior was ridiculous and that we shouldn't be being treated so rudely, after we had been the ones inconvenienced. We started to leave the salon and the woman proceeded to ask my mom if she "wanted to take it to the parking lot", insinuating that she wanted to fight us. When my mom and I were in our car she was at the window flipping us off and waving like a child. Never in my life have I been treated so badly in a professional establishment. We took our business to Inspirations salon in Turlock. I got a fast appointment for the same day and they were a million times better than Salon Salon. Horrible business with childish behavior.

We had an appointment and when we walked in the lady at the front counter was rude right from the start. Asked if we had an appointment and we said yes she checks and tells us sorry you should have gotten a call you were canceled. We checked and we have no message or missed calls. They don't try and accommodate us for the miss communication just cancel her and ask if she can come back tomorrow. I told them her schedule doesn't allow her to just change and she looked at me like she didn't care. She piped up again and said she called you and I responded did you want to see her phone. She yelled back and said NO I DON'T WANT TO SEE IT!!! She instantly starts a fight with me and asked why I'm hostile. I did say out loud that it was f$&@ing stupid. She comes back with don't cuss at me!! I said I didn't cuss at you!! As we were walking out she called me out to fight in the parking lot. I told her let's go and she started to walk towards me and then stopped. We walked out and drove away and she was standing at the window waving and laughing. So unprofessional!!!!
