Flora the manager is the rudest person ever,
SHAME ON THE PERSON WHO MADE HER MANAGER.
I would give her below one Star poor management if I could I would give Zero Star to be honest it’s insulting the stars I wanted to return the shoes I told her I don’t have the receipt but I paid from the card at first she said it’s alright as long as you paid from the card will proceed the return but all sudden she changed her mind said take to it’s original store She even said it is Ross’s mistake that didn’t mention on the receipt incase of losing receipt you can also return by card.

They didn't have a huge selection of men's clothing, and my son was disappointed. He said that the store is basically 80% women's clothing and accessories and 20% men's. I'm a little relieved he didn't find anything because: A) Their checkout line was ridiculously long and B) One pair of underwear was over $20.00! For about the same price we found a 6 pack online! They had one pair of underwear for men in an XS for around $1.20. That would be more like it, but it was the wrong size. I took a photo of a few items I thought were cute, but they aren't very useful to us. Just nice to look at. Maybe they will find a forever home with another nice family! (A toddler dress and a men's sweatshirt). We don't normally shop at Ross. May or may not be back. We shall see.

Love shopping or browsing here!!! Lots of neat little finds!! I've been able to find new pots and pans,towels, comforters, new paint brushes, crafting supplies, shoes, socks, jackets, sweaters, NFL team's clothing, diapers, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, blankets, kids and baby toys etc.etc. ??? It's a great store!
