A special thank you to Sam and Suzie as my initial review was not the greatest. They went to all lengths to make the order right. They looked into supplier, offered refund and new arrangement. While I'd never do either as that's someone's business. Just wanted them to be aware of the product delivered. In reading all the yelps clearly my order was unique as this is not their norm. I purchased flowers for my deceased brother in law through this florist only because most of the family members were using them. I had the worst experience, did not get what I ordered and they did not follow my request as far as the color of flowers I preferred. I have made my own arrangements in the past, let me say I could have done a much better job than what they did. Oh and to top it off, they were just gonna send flowers in a vase instead of what I ordered. They said the owner who took my order wrote it down wrong.I have to say about this florist is BUYER BEWARE!!!

I live in another state, and wanted to send flowers to my cousin as his brother had just passed away. I did the usual reading reviews, etc. I decided on one, called them, and as I started to explain what I wanted, she cut me off mid-sentence and asked "how much you want to spend?". I said, let me tell you what I want and you can tell me how much it will cost. Again she cut me off and asked "What is your budget?" I told her I wanted a glass vase (not a basket), suitable for bereavement... She couldn't care less what the reason was. I had decided on an arrangement from their web site. When she got through explaining to me, I would be getting a bouquet with the stems nicely wrapped. ??!! No vase? 'No.' So they'll just hold them in their hands? 'Well, some people have their own vases.' Furthermore, there is a $15 charge, for the shop. Excuse me? 'The cost of the flowers is just for the flowers, no vase, just flowers.' The $15 is for the shop's profit. Good grief! Goodbye. Then I called Rose Garden Florist. What a nice man; he was very sympathetic. The flowers on their web site were the same as on the other florist's web site, so I told him what I wanted. He knew immediately, and quoted me a price. Just to confirm, the vase I wanted, the flowers I wanted. Yes. His bottom line price was the same price as the bare flowers alone at the other florist! He was able to deliver them that same day, however, my cousin wasn't at home, and the phone number I had given the florist was disconnected so they were unable to call my cousin, and they left the flowers at the door. Then he called me to explain; I realized I had given him an old land line number. He was so nice to go above and beyond and keep me informed. I texted my cousin to tell them the flowers were at their door. In a few minutes she texted me a photo of the flowers in the vase, and they were perfect and beautiful. I highly recommend this florist!!

Aileen and the owner created a gorgeous & lush standing wreath for my mom's Celebration of Life. As suggested, an 8 x 10 photo hung in the center was perfect. My children and I are grateful for their superb artistry and excellent & caring customer service.
