They often forget prescriptions. A pharmacist I've never seen there before told me that insurance had been changed when it hadn't. Causing a delay in prescriptions for several days. Closed on weekends. I won't use them personally.

They used to be a small community pharmacy that went out of there way to service their patrons. Now it has grown and lost most of its small pharmacy appeal. So, after 5 years with them I just moved to a CVS.

My dad prefers to have his prescriptions refilled at Rogers Drug Store despite my disapproval. He does so on the website. There were a couple times a question was left in the box for "Questions/Comments for your Pharmacist." Each time we arrived at the store the questions were not addressed until we reminded the staff about them.I also wanted to mention that for one of his medications there's a discrepancy between what's labeled on the sticker paper versus what's labeled on the bottle. On the sticker paper it states one pill should be taken 2 times a day as needed versus on the bottle it states one pill should be taken 3 times a day. So, which is the correct way? It can be confusing for clients to manage their medications especially when their regimen includes numerous ones like my dad.I also don't like how this pharmacy doesn't provide more information about the medications clients are prescribed. On the sticker paper it gives limited information such as the name, dose, route, etc. At the very least you would expect it to state what it's indicated for but it doesn't. Not only that but the bottle doesn't say so either. I wish it listed more information such as: the medication's common use, what to consider before using the medication, how to use the medication, cautions, possible side effects, overdose, etc. My mom has her prescriptions refilled at CVS and my brother has his prescriptions refilled at Walgreens. Both of the pharmacies at Walgreens and CVS always provide a piece of paper listing all of this important information clients should be aware of each time their prescriptions are refilled. The only positive things we have to say about Rogers Drug Store is that the staff is always nice, the place is clean, and the wait time is shorter than the pharmacies at Walgreens and CVS.

I like this drugstore because it's small and personal. They all know me and my husband. But that is also a bad thing to because some of them butt in where they don't belong . Which causes problems with treatment plans that my doctor has me on

We were referred to Rogers Drugs Store by our care provider. The store was very easy to find, we received a warm, friendly greeting from the staff, and I was immediately impressed by the professional and customer-friendly atmosphere created by both the staff and layout of the store. We were quickly referred to specially trained staff for a consultation and fitting for compression stockings, and was again impressed by her professional knowledge, and how quickly she put us at ease about this new healthcare issue. I would give them an A+ for genuine customer care and shopping satisfaction !

Small pharmacy. You see the same employees all the time, who remember you each time, as opposed to the big chain store pharmacies.
