so once I found out my mother was dying I wanted to bow out of my sales. I asked my sales person, nancy to break the deal. she tells me the house is already sold. I had to go through a lawyer to find out if I could break my contract and he found the loop hole.I waited an extra day to inform my firm decision to revoke the sale. that day i had secured a house somewhere else. now I'm locked in to something I dont want anymore. the fact that my sales lady could have been more transparent and informative would gave helped. I dont recommend her or remax. dishonest peoplecalled remax today 3/22/21... spoke with the most annoying and rude person at the office. she was so rude. now I can see why the sales people have no integrity. where is the cancel culture now.

Bob and Brian Brazeal did a great job with the listing, marketing, and sale of our property. They were responsive at all times. The buyer's agent, Herman Bhatti with GNN Real Estate, made this a very frustrating experience and the Brazeal team did a great job keeping him on task. Way to go Bob and Brian!
