At the time, my mother was in the hospital in another town & my brother was one of the trustees & lived 4 hours away. I served as the middleman, as I was local. He kept wonderful communication with all three of us by text, email, & phone. He provided detailed steps, so we could follow what steps were completed & what laid ahead. He began by having the house cleaned & arranging furniture so that it presented well in photographs & for the open house. It looked fabulous on media sites & even had ariel shots.
