Am SO disappointed, purchased a washer from them this week; we ran ONE load of laundry thru; it FLOODED our whole laundry room!NOT good business practice AT ALL!!!! After another repair call, washer is STILL leaking everywhere. HOW can customers get reliable & honest help here in Modesto?????

Was kinda nasty,it smelled inside the location and it was dirty!!!! The refrigerator's stunk when you opened them up,they smelt grossThen the man said they would pick up our old fridge as long as it didn't have roaches in it!!¡ Rude,as if!!¡ Besides there appliances looked like they already had roaches in them!!!!!¡

On 12/31/2020 I went shopping on the way home from work. I had a car full of groceries and upon my arrival at home I found my refrigerator and freezer stopped working at 3:30. I called several appliance stores with no luck until I contacted Keven who agreed to deliver a refrigerator to our home after a purchase. It was New Years Eve and I’m sure Kevin would have rather been home with his family but he took time to take out our old refrigerator and bring the new one in our home which was no easy task.Thank you Kevin for your great service, for going above and beyond to make a customer happy and whole. My best wishes for a very prosperous 2021.

This place is a rip off place ! I went there to ask for a price on a appliance and went back to pick it up two hours later and they raise the price. Be aware!
