This Raley's bakery has the best brownies I ever ate where it just hard enough on the outside but chewy on the inside. I come here every week to buy brownies. My sister in law would buy these brownies before heading back to the Bay Area

This pharmacy is not good for people with disabilities, live far away, or work between 8a-5p. I know the pharmacy that I use fills my prescriptions while I wait!!! Raley's pharmacy tells my senior parents who live far that they'll have to wait til after 4pm. There should be a Disability Law that stops pharmacy's from making elderly or disabled customers from having to wait or come back. It's difficult for seniors or elderly customers who've had a doctors appointments in the morning to have to come back 8 hours later. My pharmacy will make me wait but the longest is 2 hrs on a busy day. They also will accommodate customers with complications, disabilities, seniors, or live far away. My opinion is to go to the bigger and better serving pharmacies like Walgreens, Rite-Aid or even Walmart. Raley's hours are ridiculous; they don't open til 10am, they close for an hour between 12-1pm and close by 7pm. Their customer service is also rude and they treat their customers like they're an inconvenience. I Called to talk with the manager and of course he was no help and was rude and had no idea how the pharmacy runs. They need a district manager for just the pharmacy. They also said they will not use any of the pharmacy discount companies like GOOD RX because they'll lose money. People need help with prices rising.

Love them! I’ve been going here for years and I love that they know me by first name basis and vice versa. I’m super comfortable there. I have really bad social anxiety so this is a big plus for me!

Didnt like the cashiers there, they were rude and not too friendly there, I wish they had self checkouts there so I wouldn’t have to deal with that!

Great service and they know you as soon as you arrive. They treat you human and are concerned of your life. They congratulate me on my marriage and ask when I will bring my wife to the states. They see and talk to you like a human and not just another customer. Great ladies working there, it's like the old days where your neighborhood pharmacist knew everyone in town.

Recently called for a prescription and the woman who answered the phone by the name of “Dimple” was very rude. Talked to me in a very unprofessional manner and had a bad attitude. Usually get nice people to help me but this woman was terrible.

I've been coming to this pharmacy and grocery store for over 18 years and have been happy so far; but today, not so much. I dropped off a RX and I'm shocked how I was treated by a new pharmacist, I can't believe how unprofessional, spiteful and unsympathetic she was to my situation and I'm sure she'll treat others the exact same. She is new there, very young (nothing against that, I'm proud of her hard work becoming a pharmacist at her age, or at any age for that matter) but, Its obvious she needs some coaching on customer service, she's clueless. Companies that understand the importance of customer satisfaction and quality care, would take their time to hire the right person in each position. So, I dropped off my RX very early, thinking I could get it back within an hour or so, which I was told I couldn't because this specific medication was only filled from 4-5 (why, I don't understand), I told the clerk that I needed to go out of town, so if they'd consider, please, filling it for me this morning, the clerk said "we can't", I asked her if I could speak to the Manager/pharmacist, which is a tall blonde lady, she has always been so gracious and kind, little did I know she was out until Monday and this new female pharmacist, I've never seen before approached me. I was very kind (no reason not to be) as I started explaining the situation, mind you, she was leaning on the counter as if speaking to me was such a drag, she didn't allow me to finish my sentence as she immediately responded aggressively "well this is the policy, can't help you!!" I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and her response was "well not sure what you don't understand" well that was JAW DROPPING, I, of course, was so shocked I was being treated this way, not so much because I was told no, it's how I was being treated! It's not what you say, it's how you say it! A little sympathy and understanding would of been nice, I would of been fine with that, and still been told no. I will speak to the Manager on Monday, this is not over. I hope others don't get treated with such unprofessionalism.

Haven't got a clue with regards to Coronavirus standards, alerts, USA/Gov mandates. Fills 1/2 your order. Never use their Pick-Up. Horrible

Delivery is my choice due to my age and health. My order was small this time and complete. The delivery person left the bags at my front door so there was no contact. Raleys is dependable, and they will call me if a product is out of stock

I have been shopping at this local Raley's for well over 20 years. I have been quite loyal, buying from the store weekly on average. I know that I often pay much more to shop here, but I enjoy interacting with the same employees year after year and having access to some unique goods. I recently switched to their pharmacy as well. A few months ago I started noticing a change in service, but believe this is due to price checking of their competitors and questioning whether I am receiving the value for the difference. One tech in the pharmacy I found to be overly curt and not very warm. If you don't accept GoodRx (even though it shows you in their system), put up a sign noting such so that it does not feel personal or one doesn't feel bad for asking. When I shopped yesterday for both my family and my older neighbor, I politely asked the checkout clerk (I've seen him hundreds of times) when they may get more eggs and he told me that the next "dairy shipment" comes in on Monday but they have no idea if there will be any eggs in the shipment. When asked if he knew when they may get more flour, as my son is allergic to nuts and I cannot use many alternates, he said they have no idea. What? Does that mean just go away? I am extremely disappointed. When you tell a customer no or that you cannot help them, you at least empathize and offer something. Such as "we understand; more eggs are coming on Monday morning sometime so I suggest you order online early Monday morning so we can set a dozen aside for you" or "that must be challenging; let me check on when we may get AP flour again." I felt that the responses were along the lines of "too bad" and "you're on your own." I understand it is a crisis, but to the fairly-compensated and employed Raley's team, please know that the crisis will end and loyal customers like me will not forget how we were served when we needed your help the most.

During coronavirus I tried to switch over my prescription to save money with the GoodRx app to save money as most of us are not able to work right now. They refused to take Good Rx or allow me to have my prescription changed over. Way to be helpful during a public health crisis that's also turned into a financial crisis for many.
