Quest is located inside the Valley Children's Health Care building. There is no signs in the parking lot or on the building to indicate Quest is inside the building. However, Quest is located straight ahead as soon as you enter through the entrance doors. I purchased a specific blood test on their website and the process was straight forward. I made my appointment via their website which was very easy to complete. Upon my arrival, no one was working the front counter. However, this is due to the check-in process being completely automated with a kiosk. The kiosk was easy to use by scanning a QR code Quest provided me in an email. The kiosk scanned my driver license to verify who I was and the check-in process was complete. I arrived about ten minutes early and only waited for a few minutes before I was called into the blood testing area. My phlebotomist did a great job and found blood after one poke. Very slight discomfort with the initial needle poke. I was in and out within ten minutes.My experience with Quest was positive compared to other reviews and I would use them again.

I have been going here since they opened and was treated with great respect. Staff changed a few months ago. I have difficulty communicating with these people. FAXed standing orders were not available. I brought in printed orders to be input into the system plus FAX numbers for two other providers and was told that they don't do that except during the appointment. There is no one to help sort it out. I was told by the phlebotomist that I was very rude, have been rude always, and am the rudest person around. The business card the supervisor gave me has numbers that are not answered or are out of service. The number she referred to on the back is for appointments only, so information could not be relayed as she directed. I will not return to this site, sadly. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

This review is for your automated phone appointment and online appointment systems. They are HORRID! Your online system is an utter pain to navigate. So then I go to use your automated phone appt feature which is even WORSE. Your inept system is incapable of understanding simple names, even after spelling it out! And then it just puts you back in the most annoying loop and NEVER are you able to speak to a human. Your entire system is just completely inept, including your check in process at this location. Why do you even have a front desk when there is never anyone there??? So inept.

I have been here twice and each time I’ve been treated very well. I had an appointment the first time and the second time was a walk-in and they were both taken care of speedily and very friendly.

Made and online appointment, showed up and the children's medical staff came over to let me know "that they were under staffed, and closed the location" with out notifying people.Very unprofessional!

I am very disappointed in the staff at this facility. If you are going to provide a service and deal with people, you need to practice kindness! Kindness goes a long way in this field of work. People are coming in to get their lab work for many reasons and at least you can do is BE KIND! I understand you closed at 4 but if someone has an appointment at 3:45 and you haven't received their paperwork yet. PLEASE be kind and tell them to wait outside NICELY without an ATTITUDE and acts as if they are a BURDEN or INCONVENIENCE to you! This is to the lady working there today. It's NOT anyone fault that the fax machine is down...BE KIND and have patience. The doctor office said they faxed it over 5 days ago...go look without an ATTITUDE because it's a FAX and NOT Yet put into your "system" computer! Also don't judge people because they aren't "LIKE YOU"!!!!

Super unprofessional!!!! I had to get blood drawn I asked them for the paper to take it to quest they denied me it they said they should have in their computer but quest didn’t have it... it’s been a week now and I been having to go back and forth making calls for them to give me the paper for my lab work they just gave me a order number but quest requests for a fax paper or a in person paper and being mobile to go back and forth isn’t easy for me since I’m wheelchair bound.and the worst part is I don’t feel well for them to be this unprofessional... I need these tests done why couldn’t they give me the paper when I asked...

It's clean. They charged me for copay which I never do but I received way more in return.. Been there 3x for myself and my grandmother only for bloodwork but they don't even have enough wheelchairs!!! Nice staff though but won't ever be going back. I've been to better places in my honest opinion.

I used to go for lab test this location and the technician was very nice. Today around 9:30am I went for lab test and sign in. Technician came after five minutes and taking care front of me one customer after she done with them I just go in front of technician and tell her I just sign in. She was so rude with me and attitude was so bad. I just asked her why you so rude? She can't even give the answer. I just left the place without my lab test.I believe Technician name was Lori A.Only for review I have to give one star.
