This is company is worst I’ve seen with appliance repair. They said that they showed up three times to my house and i wasn’t home. In reality they didn’t show up and just made up a false report. When I call my home warranty, they gave two erroneous report and when we cornered them, they refused to give the report and just said that work is out of their scope. They did this because they are not gonna paid more because the appliance is non repairable and needs to be replaced. It’s so hard to get hold of this company and keep promising but nothing has been done! Please avoid this company at all cost. If your home warranty refers you to them, denied it outright as it would cause so much headaches.

The technician came to our house. He was a tall, blonde guy, and he told us that he was young. He told us that there was no model number on the washing machine and he was unable to order any parts for it he. He was here less than 15 minutes he left and then spoke with my homeowners warranty and told him there was nothing wrong with the washer at all and it was no problem and it was in good working condition so you lied to us and I don’t appreciate that. He didn’t even take the time to run the washing machine with clothes in it because it did throw a code as soon as he left I threw clothes in it and it threw F6 E2 code so he didn’t take the time unfortunately to fall through with it and he just rushed on through because he didn’t want to deal with it and I don’t appreciate that and lying to our Homeowner policy and saying there was no problem with the washing machine. He just didn’t want to do his job he was in too much of a rush young People who just are in a hurry and don’t wanna take the time to solve the problem and I don’t appreciate his lying to the homeowners over policy. I canceled them because of this so you can thank yourself for that and I know you get accounts from them if this is how you treating all of the over Republic clients, then you should be ashamed of yourself and that’s probably why you have a 3.5 review which is probably going to get worse with your terrible customer service and you’re lying. Technicians told me one thing and then tell over Republic Insurance company another

working with Cyrus and Daniel was a pleasure. They did an excellent job correcting a manufacturing defect with my new gas cook-top stove. Cyrus worked with the manufacturer and kept me updated with the resolution. A very good company to work for..

Cyrus was sent to fix our Dacor oven problem. Although it was a home warranty repair request, it was just our luck that he is a local certified repair specialist in Dakore. He was extremely helpful in solving our problems and he spent a few extra minutes going over several of our other devices with us, so that we knew how to use them properly. Great service! Very professional! He has definitely earned future business from us!!

I called PSR to fix our furnace. It started kicking the circuit breaker when I tried to scramble. Cyrus checked everything and told me he thought it was the circuit breaker and I needed to call an electrician. I did and Cyrus was spot on, the breaker was as loose as the bar. After tightening everything, the electrician told me to put the oven on broil and it worked fine. thanks Cyrus. You saved our big party dinner!!!

The service man was excellent. But the parts people dropped the ball had me hanging for 2 months. Didn’t even call to say they were not repairing my oven because the manufacturer said it’s ok that my oven doesn’t heat past 350. I had to call and complain to my warranty company finally got Direct appliance and they are fixing the problem with a heating element. That it originally needed.

Worst customer service, response times ever! Don't even know how to communicate with customers. Would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid more headaches when you are in need of help.

On the scheduled day of service, the technician called and asked for me to take photos or a video of the problem so he could order a part to do the repair at a later date & because as he stated "I lived in the middle of nowhere". I was unable to accommodate his request & when I asked why this hadn't been arranged or asked for by Premium Home Appliance when they contacted me to schedule the service repair, he accused me of being argumentative & stated he was going to hang up. I stated "so this is how your not going to do this"? He promptly hung up.It is obvious that the repairman did not want to make the scheduled trip for the repair. My dishwasher is still not repaired and Premium Home Appliance has not responded to my correspondence.Looking at other reviews, this company only responds to positive ratings and never to anything less. This speaks volumes about this companies inability to conduct themselves professionally & ethically.Due to there lack of professionalism & inability to perform service, I would not recommend this company.

I can not recommend Cyrus and this company highly enough. At the beginning of the pandemic our Miele washing machine quit working. As an RN this was a major concern. He was able to get the parts and repair the machine. Thereby maintaining the health and safety of my family.Therefore I called him when the dishwasher had a fataL error code this week. He called me back within hours. Over the phone he told me what to do to clear the error code so that we would know if the problem was real. This small check saved the cost of a visit as the error code cleared and dishwasher is perfect. He refused payment for this tremendous service.I GIVE THIS COMPANY MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION FOR QUICK SERVICE AND RELIABILITY

I had to get my old ancient Viking stove/oven fixed. When we moved into the house it came with a commercial oven/stove with 6 burners and a double stove. It's a massive and expensive looking thing. One of the ovens didn't work and the igniter on the range didn't work. Eventually the other oven stopped working so it was time to get the old thing fixed. I called and messaged a couple places, PSR was the best value and most responsive. I was able to make an appointment on their website. I confirmed the appointment the day before. They called me to confirm the brand and make and model of my oven. That was helpful because when the technician came out for the diagnostic, he also had the parts to fix one of the problems. I gave PSR 5 stars because the technician was responsive and kept me updated with his arrival time and when he didn't have a part to fix the ignition, then he followed up and came back within 2 weeks. In total, they came 3 times to fix multiple problems with my stove. A little on the expensive side and they left a scratch on my floor but I'm glad my oven and range is fixed. Thank you.
