This Prime Shine location is always extremely professional and efficient.When I lived in the valley I used their unlimited pass and always used this location.Today I brought my grandmother through with her car for the first time and a young man named Hugo was very helpful at explaining to her the different washes and what they did. Since the new system went in the customer service has disappeared. They never spray cars with the water detail wand at the entrance of the car wash.

Back when this picture was taken I live really close to this Prime Shine. Since then I've moved but I've decided I would share this picture on maps because I would go to this Prime Shine, wash my car, vacuum my car, and on occasion I would meet up with friends and skateboard at Prime Shine. The staff have never complained about the skateboarding actually they encouraged us to do a trick and I appreciate that so here's a nice little photo for you guys thank you.

Decided I needed to update my review! Last time wasn't too pleasant with that rude little Kaitlyn girl. But this time was a few days ago... Sunday I believe, it was over the weekend, ha.... I was cashed out by a girl name Michaela (sorry if I spelt it wrong) such an amazing person!!! Let me know all the differences in the washes, asked me about how often I wash my car, because I can pay a flat rate a month and show up every day, any site too! So my husband and I signed up with her!! As long as she's there I will keep coming! She has such amazing people skills!! She really seems to put her heart into her conversations with her customers! Such an amazing woman, and she really needs to be recognized for it!!!

I've always loved Prime Shine, but got concerned when they were sold earlier this year. And, my fears have been realized. 3 of the vacuums just don't work - two have no attachment and one there's no air flow. I actually called the new company headquarters about the vacuums after my last visit - nothing - no return call. Before the sale, dash wipes were offered every time. I'm very sad about this lowering of standards and hope this changes! The Porges were part of our community and therefore cared about taking care of us - the new owners are out of the area... The staff is still good - but it looks understaffed now?

Car is never clean coming out of it. I have to go through twice and my clear wasn't that dirty to begin with. After the second time it's still dirty but I'm over it. They dont even offer dashboards whipes anymore and the receipt says they gave you. Also there is no difference between the washes.

We had so many bugs from a drive to Idaho and back, that they just didn't come off in a regular wash. The three employees there at the Prescott Road wash went above and beyond by hand washing the front of our car before sending our car back through the wash. Thank you Kaitlyn, Ryan, and Jose!
