I was involved in a hit and run accident and my insurance company sent out Premier Towing. Our driver was professional, kind and quick getting my car on the bed so my husband could take me home. There was a hiccup with my insurance trying to leave my car with a shop that was closed with the key inside the car when my car battery was dead (how would the shop be able to get into my car if the key fob is locked inside my dead car?). Premier called to confirm this and I'm grateful they did because I had just gotten off with my insurance telling me something completely different. Ultimately, I had to have my car towed back to my house until the shop opened in the morning. The representative over the phone from Premier was extremely understanding and compassionate. They really were the best part of this whole situation and if I or anyone else I know ever needs a tow, we will definitely be using/recommending them. Thanks Premier Towing!Service: Car towing

I have a classic car and man oh man am I happy that my Hagerty car insurance called these guys to tow my lincoln. Super great service! The driver had my 69 lincoln on the flat bed in less than a minute with no hick ups and when we got it to place on the drive way just as easy without a scratch on the chrome bumpers... highly recommend my driver to any classic car owner! These guys are awesome, words cannot express the gratitude I have for them. Yeah I paid for the service of course but felt I got more than what I paid for. Not only did they rescue me in the middle of a cold night but the driver and operator was very careful in what he did and thoughtful on how he treated me. I was on my way to work and took the back roads when my transmission went out on me, it quickly became a night I thought would never end as I had forgotten my phone at home so even as I waived for help at drivers passing nobody was stopping luckily after about 45 minutes someone finally pulled over n allowed me to call for a tow I just googled “tow company near me” called them told them my location my situation and I had no phone. I was grateful for that driver but a backseat full of kids I understood he couldn’t stay or help much. About 30-45 minutes after I made the call and had a very easy comforting and reassuring conversation with the operator the tow truck showed asked if I was ok asked what happened told me he’d take care of everything allowed me to sit in the cab of the truck warm up even offered me a water bottle. Got me n my car home in a very timely manner and was very reasonable on the price especially for my first use with them, I tell you what it might have been my first I hope I don’t break down again but if I ever do I’m definitely calling them again and recommending them to anyone who asks if I know a good company to call.
