I came in to buy a suit because I had a huge court date and I Needed to look fresh and I needed it quickly. I went in on a Wednesday around 6pm, and I received 2 suits tailored and ready to go by 7pm the next day. There were sizing factors that made it easy to match 1 suit to the other which they noticed and didn't try to upsell me on, as well as assuring a better timeline for alterations. I am more than happy, and returned for secondary purchases following my court date. I received compliments from the bailiff and entire audience on my suit. I felt like a million bucks and their service was more than exemplary. I can't thank Pheronis enough for all of their help.

Worst customer service. They commit fraud. Would not recommend. The employees lie and rip people off. We ordered a suit tried to give us a different suit which seemed used and old. Do not go there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITYFirst time I’ve been here and it was just something else. I asked the lady at the front to see a tux. I didn’t like the look so I asked if I could see a suit and she rolled her eyes and said “then why would you ask for a tux if you wanted a suit”. I’ve never shopped for a suit. This was for prom and I just wanted to see the styles they had. Every time she came around I felt pressure to buy something like if she was just trying to get the sale over with and have me leaveI went back to get my pants and asked for my receipt back and she started raising her voice claiming she gave me the recipe so I went back to check the fitting rooms if I had dropped it and I come back to the counter and she’s like “oh here it is”I can’t even bend over or do 1/10 of a squat without feeling like the pants are going to rip in halfNot only is the customer service horrible but they don’t accept returns

I needed a suit for my sisters engagement. The suit that I got from India didn’t fit me at all. Nermine not only helped me pick out a suit I feel comfortable in, she adjusted my pants just in time for the big day. I came all the way from Sacramento and am not disappointed at all. Kudos to Nermine

Spend the extra $150 at Macy's for a proper Suit. We had a wedding to attend and I purchased a suit from this place and had the jacket and pants altered.The day of the wedding I dropped my keys bent over to pick them up and the rear end ripped!!!!! I tried to contact the owner/manager several times only to be told she is not there. I have left multiple messages. With to return so for that I am writing this review. The CK suit was only $150 more I should have just bought that one

Great Place. Fantastic place Nermine is the best and she knows her stuff. Needed a 52/54 size suit. After going to Men's Wearhouse and being treated like a leper and visiting JCP and finding only 2 jackets that kinda fit I called Pheroni's. The nice woman (Nermine) that answered said they had lots of colors and suits in that size. Went the next day, very personable, very professional, very accommodating. Nermine is the best. She knew what to do, what needed to be altered and had it ready on Saturday, I came in on Thursday. No one else has that kind of turn around for alterations. This place is the best and I will be back to purchase more suits. A 3 piece suit for $250. Can't beat that. Plus they have shirts, ties, bow ties, shoes. Jackets alone at the other places are almost that price. I repeat, I will be back and will send everyone I know that needs a suit to Pheroni

I would highly recommend Pheroni! I went into their store for a suit for my sister’s wedding. I was treated with excellent customer service! I was treated with respect and was not pushed to buy anything I didn’t want. I am so happy with my suit, Pheroni altered the pants for me. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely go back.

Best place to find a suit in Modesto, period. Customer service is top notch. First time suit buyers and they had my son suited up and ready for graduation within 30 minutes. This is that old school great customer service that I wish every business had. Thanks
