my car has been leaking for a bit now so I wanted to get it checked out, bc I noticed it kept getting more and more I called the spot and they told me to bring it in on Monday. Thats what I did and as soon as I got there they told me I had to come back in the afternoon. I'm a really reasonable person and I didn't mind that at all, bc there can always be a problem. The issue for me started when I came back and they told me there was some sort of miscommunication and I'd have to come back another day so I told them what day works and they promised me to take it in that day. I dropped it off 2 days later and they took it in without a problem. After a couple hours they called back and said they wouldn't have time for me bc they'd have to wash it and clean it and check exactly where the leak is. So now my question: isn't that what a shop is supposed to do? Sure there could be many reasons for the leak but that's exactly why I brought it in. For those guys to figure it out bc I can't. End of story I won't bother going here anymore, I really didn't like the service over all

This shop is by far the best for doing any type of transmission work. I’ve had them do three trucks for me and never had an issue with any of them after.

I called because I thought maybe I should get my cars transmission replaced since I love it so much. The person I spoke with was so knowledgeable and honest. He said in his experience, cars of my year, make and model didn't have a track record of lasting much longer than I'd had the car. In his opinion it wouldn't make it more than two years if I replaced the transmission. I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was blown away by his willingness to take the time to explain everything even though he wouldn't get my business.

Great honest to the point service and if dont understand some of the mechanical issues that transmission have, they have no problem explaining it to you!!! They're very busy because they do great work!!

Fast friendly good quality work. The guy who owns the shop is super down to earth an really enjoyed doing business with them but all in all quite expensive ?? so if ur lookin for the best bang for ur buck or if ur on a budget prob not the best choice .

Never sticks to what they say talked them a few times about getting work done quoted me a price called a week later and all of a sudden the price goes up even tho we just talked about a price called back again today and now the price that was already high went up more smh

I took my truck to Performance when I noticed my transmission might be slipping. I dropped it off with a slough of issues I wanted looked at. Darren called me immediately and gave me the run down of different options for my budget, and I ended up going with what he recommended. As a single female with a truck, you often worry about getting taken advantage of, but the staff at Performance was helpful, honest and very responsive and I would highly recommend this shop! 10/10!!!
