Received a washer and dryer set at a reasonable price ASAP. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He even personally delivered them, and installed with care. Appliances also come with a warranty.

I made an appointment with Mr. Perez to diagnose and repair my washing machine. He told me he would text me to confirm an 11:00am appointment the next day. I waited for the following day to hear by text or by phone. He never showed up nor left any message. I waited most of the day for any response. No communication or professionalism.

Technician was on time and professional and his rate was fare and call a head to let me know he was on his way. Also friendly technician.

The technician was able to come the same day and within 2 hours. He was honest. Apparently a small sock had become entangled in one of the parts (not seen by us). He found the sock after taking the machine apart. Only charged us $45 for the diagnostic.

Pedro is an honest person who truly cares about the quality of his service and this is because he cares about the people he is helping. I trust Pedro to always do what is best and repair my washer or dryer when able to and to not sell me anything I do not need. However, if I do need a new appliance one day, I will definitely give him my business because he always has fair prices and his repair skills are excellent. Pedro always does great work; you can trust him.

Friendly and and dependable, Mr. Perez delivered and installed our refrigerator, looks brand new and works great.
