I work for a local contracting company and have been using Pacific Bolt for a few rushed jobs. Staff is quick and knowledgeable, fast service and have had most everything in stock I've needed.

Wonderful experience I love this old place like walking back in time. The customer service is stellar they are kind and knowledgeable and he knows his bolts!! I was there 5 minutes and so impressed with the whole experience. It was nice to walk in show someone what you need and they say oh yes I have that pops in the back and a minute later I am walking out the door. Definitely the place to go if you need even one bolt for a tractor seat like I did!!

Couldn't tell me who signed for the 350lbs of stainless bolts we ordered and no one can find it. I had good experiences with them in the past but I felt like the person I was dealing with was very unprofessional.

Don’t bother going in if you don’t know exactly what you are looking for and are buying small quantities. Workers will basically turn you away.
