This place is the number 1 top rated body shop in Modesto they do everything and go way out of there way for there clients I would not recommend any one else but Pabco auto body on 9th street Gloria is excellent and very understanding and the whole staff greats you when you come in highly recommended go there before you go any where else

My car was taken here because my insurance company recommended them. My main complaint was there was a lack of communication. Aside from the first day when they called me first thing in the morning and immediately came to pick my car up to secure the job. A week went by... no contact. I had to call them and ask what was going on. They told me it should be ready by Monday. Monday rolls around, then Tuesday. Still no contact. I call them again and they tell me there's been a delay because they were sent the wrong part. I understand, things like that can happen but u didn't t feel it necessary to call me with an update? A few more days go by and again, I'm the one reaching out to see what's going on. Since I needed to arrange a ride there for pick up and arrange with my job to pick it up before coming in, I needed to know beforehand not the day it was complete. The lady that answered the phone clearly was out of the loop and had no idea what was going on. After speaking with her a few times and getting the runaround, she put me on the phone with someone who knew something. I'm giving them 3 stars because the car looked good but taking 2 stars away for lack of customer service for not keeping me informed AFTER they were so quick to get the job!

I've been going to this shop for over 3 years now and my experiences have been great ! i've got two cars that i take frequently to get minor & major fixes because i have 4 kids that tend too break or mess with things in the car & pabco takes care of it with no problem ! excellent prices and awesome customer service ! these guys are knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend this place !

These guys all are inexperienced and their work shows it. Pretty much the worst shop I've ever been to. Sloppy work and extremely slow. I would be embarrassed to work here. The manager seems like he is in the wrong field, that or they just got some random to fill the spot. Either way BEWARE.. I tell everyone to steer clear of this shop when the subject comes up. I can't believe the insurance Co even works with these clowns
