I always have a pleasant experience going to oreillys.Not this time. I bought 2 lower ball joints at two different time periods first the right side and then a few years later the left side .both import direct both lifetime warranty. I didn’t keep the receipts.Yesterday I had enough money to buy both at the same time. I changed them and brought in the “cores” for the lifetime warranty. They say only one of them comes up on their system. They looked up my phone number and said I didn’t purchase it. They then tried to explain that sometimes the employee makes a mistake and forgets to charge the customer . Which doesn’t make sense cause I know I payed for it. The oreillys employee said she could get a manager for me. She Left and came back saying her manager looked thru the system and that it doesn’t show they sold that part number in their store, the manager never even came to talk to me. I asked if it was possible the employee at the time of purchase typed in the wrong number. They said there was no way and they would need proof of purchase. I left pissed off and took the loss for 1 ball joint that I payed for that was lifetime warranty from import direct . The other ball joint that did show up on their system got refunded.

They had the right part I needed. AutoZone had to order it and found out that the part they was going to order would have been the wrong part.

000 strars for the store on hatch rd on Ceres ca placed a order to keep on hold for the next day the guy I talked to was holding it for me with my name on it go in that next afternoon and he could not find the part I ordered he looked and looked about 30 minutes later another guy ask if I need help I said the other guy is looking for my will call he ask what it was I told him he said I sold it this morning ? I will not return to that store

Couldn't make it to the counter my back was hurting a worker was talking personal things with a customer and line was not moving so I went to AutoZone in our no problem.

Warning, don't buy parts from this corp....U have been a faithful customer for many years but NO MORE! ... they have lost all of the data on my parts warranties on both of my vehicles!! ...SO MUCH FOR LIFETIME PARTS!!

It was my first time on this store location. Staff was very help and excellent. Prices are cheaper then auto zone I feel like. I recommend this place because of staff and cheaper prices on most of item.

They would not honor a local competitor price match for me on a set of comparable strut mounts, same warranty, O'Reillys offering was at $51.99 each 2 per car for Masterpro brand over $100 for a set, vs AutoZones duralast house brand both are made in china and claim to meet or exeed oe spec, after checking the AZ part number they are actually re-boxed good quality gabrial units, for $19.99 each great deal, at the time the manager was not present at this O'Reilly, however the assist manager was, and would not match the price, as a result I went to AZ, same quality and warranty less than half the cost, I like both stores but really if your policy is that you will match prices, both stores have this policy by the way, then that's what you should honor.
