“I called in on behalf of my friend because she was sold a car with aftermarket Lugnuts that require a special key for all five lug nuts on each wheel and was price shopping for estimates on how to forcibly remove them and I spoke with a gentleman who recommended contacting a tire shop in Modesto, even though I was not familiar with Modesto because I am located in Concord and he mentioned that this tire shop has a lot of special keys for lug nuts for aftermarket wheels as well they went above and beyond to hear me out recommend me a shop with a better potential solution, and I really appreciate that because I am looking to save her as much money as possible, and finding the specific special key for the lug nuts is a lot cheaper than having to forcibly remove them and replace them with stock lug nuts. Thank you so much for the integrity behind my phone call.”

These days ( in my experience ) when u go to an appointment, seems like no one wants to give u the time of day. They want u in n quickly out. Different from days of old. So thank u guys for ur professionalism and for making me feel welcome.”

“Omg Neil is the nicest person, I seriously thought my car maintenance on my car was going to so high like sell ur kidney high ?. He also taught some new stuff. My brakes were squeaking and my first thought they were going to tell me they need to replace them for more money (cuz I’m a female: it does happen) he called me. I saw The caller ID and all I could think is oh ish I’m going to need a new engine. Nope they just needed to be cleaned. They did all the tuneups new spring struts so it doesn’t squeak every time I go over a bump. But I’m a happy camper I ended up paying less than I was expected. Oh I didn’t tell him how much I wanted to spend too. I recommend this place 2,000%. Neil is the man honest business man and he will call u and tell what is wrong or not wrong with the car.
