We always think when we approach an employee we’ll get the same “i don’t want to be here” attitude, but that’s not the case with Felicia over here at Office Depot. I came here to get some printing work done and Felicia was quick to answer and take care of me and she offered me the best customer service. As a result of how I was treated today by Felicia I will definitely be coming here for all my office and print needs. Thank you so much for your great customer service Felicia.

I had a fantastic experience at the printing department yesterday!
Isaac was incredibly helpful and courteous. He efficiently completed my printing tasks in record time, all while maintaining a friendly attitude towards me and other customers.

I just want to say how thankful I am for Dennis and Felicia as well as the rest of the staff. They helped me create my idea into a reality ! I was desperate and needed it by that day and they helped make it happen. Absolutely coming here again and referring people as well. Appreciate you guys ! Give them a raise !!

Hailey provided exceptional customer service in the printing shop. I needed help with the self service portion of my print job and she provided assistance for the other portion of the job. I was quite satisfied with the way my print job turned out! Thanks again!!

Workers are rude and depressing. My prints look terrible on top of that. I can tell the store isn't doing well by the lack of customers and the lack of product stocked. I'm definitely not coming back.

I am writing this as I sit in the parking lot waiting for curbside pick up of one item. We have watched an old pimp and meth/crackheads walk by repeatedly. After advising them by phone that we were here, a worker came out and said they would be right out with our item. That was a half hour ago. I wonder how long this is really going to take. Not sure if the item on sale is worth all this. So, all told we were there an hour. After 40 minutes and a second phone call the manager came out and said we can't do curbside pickup for a laptop and had to go inside for it. The pickup is in a red zone so my wife went in to get it while I waited in the car. She came out and checked the box against the receipt only to find they gave her the wrong laptop! Back in we went. Finally sorted i realized there were only 2 employees, one was the manager. They were polite and apologetic. I don't fault them. I do however blame Office Depot. Do better

I come here for all my printing needs, whether it was for a class, a gift to a family member or friend, or a project im working on. I have never had to wait in a line when I come in and the man I always deal with is incredibly friendly and always cracks a joke.
