Written on doors is “Walk ins welcome” and twice they asked if i had appt. Woman saw me and daughter come in and got up, turned her back to us and watched something on phone for a few minutes before coming over to us. Looked me up and down like I don’t fit her standard and said I need an appt. Guess I wasn’t white enough for her. I will be taking myself and my brown child somewhere else. 2nd time. Teaching moment for my daughter as to why some people will treat her bad.

I love this salon! They have fantastic prices and service. My stylist was Mariam and she did fantastic on my haircut and style and she was extremely nice and talkative :)

Layla fixed my severely color damaged hair, made my hair soft and beautiful, and recommended some great hair products to use for my hair. She was super friendly and nice.

Mindy is a nice lady but I don't think she can cut curly hair. I had my primary cut a few days ago, which was choppy and not blended. I thought it was because she cut my hair wet. I messaged her a picture of my hair and she said she could fix it. I returned today and she attempted a dry cut. The results didn't look good. She attempt to fix it but it kept looking choppy. I messaged her asking for a refund, since I have to get if fixed somewhere else. She stated she doesn't do refunds. I sent her pictures of my hair so she understands how bad the cut was. I'm shocked that she refused a refund.

Mariana is so amazing!! She made sure I was perfectly okay with how she outlined them , constantly asking if I was sure which made me feel comfortable letting her know if I wasn't.. I loooooove my eyebrow. So worth it!!! I originally made my apt in October and my first apt was around November 23, she lightened my microbladed area which had turned red. My second apt was December 29 and she did the ombré powder. I am beyond impressed with the results! Takes time to get an apt , but it's worth it!

Layla which is the owner is very unprofessional. she didn’t wear a mask at all. She complained that she is tired and had a bad temper. she didn’t know how to satisfy clients . she used a towel for several customers without washing it. The place is not clean. Layla had several customers in the same time and long wait. I wasn’t happy with coloring and texted her. She didn’t bother responding to it.Services: Eyebrow threading

Haven't gotten my hair cut in over a year. Made an appointment here cuz it had good reviews plus it's only a block n a half away from my home. Best haircut I've ever had!! Will definitely go back again! Awesome, friendly service!

Mindy did a great job on my hair. She took the time to give me a great cut and engaged in friendly chat. I’m not a born Californian, so it was nice to talk with someone who also grew up elsewhere. It was relaxing and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Thanks for a great cut Mindy! You never know what to expect when getting a haircut from a salon or stylist you’re unfamiliar with- but this time, it turned out so well ??

Overall, I was satisfied with my haircut, however the stylist was late to the appointment and I didn't sit in the chair until 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. The main reason for the 3 stars is that I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The stylist was within close proximity of me because she was (obviously) cutting my hair and the entire time she was not wearing a mask. Everyone else in the salon was wearing a mask though, so this isn't a reflection of the entire business, however I did feel unsafe and uncomfortable because of it.
