Nora was able to fit in my daughter for a quick bang trim at the last minute. Kind, professional, and very reasonably priced. Also, a lovely job on her bangs, we really liked the look. We will be back again!

I do not recommend this salon for fine hair or to get a permanent. I wish I could give it negative stars. I went to Layla Odessho because she did a good job with my roommate's thick hair. Mine is baby fine. I told Layla I wanted a wave perm to give my hair body, but not curls, so I could make finger curls after shampooing. She didn't listen, she gave me a very tight perm that made my hair kinky down to the scalp. The scalp on the top of my head is damaged and tender, and the hair on the top and sides is broken. She charged me $100 and now it will cost me more money for a different salon to repair the damage. I was shocked when I saw myself in the mirror, it was hideous I looked like Bride of Frankenstein.

I walked into this salon around 1pm. The staff were conversing with one another for a while. Surprisingly they never greeted me. So I sat down and waited on a chair near the entrance. There was a women performing nail care on a customer near the door on my left. She also never said anything to me either. The noticed the hair stylist I went to a while back was there finishing up a client. She didn't see me enter. I decided to walk near her station and kindly ask her if she has time to take me as a walk in. She was friendly and said she would help me. I am giving 2 stars for the lack of first impression, not making me feel welcome, and the effort of one of the 5 staff members.

I just did a walk in and one of the stylists, Layla, asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and I just said I wanted a trim and some layers. Then she styled my hair like it was that easy and my hair looks so much better! (I cut my hair at home and do not recommend unless you do your own research xD) so now my hairs even and I'm definitely coming back!

I was excited to find a salon that could get my two kids in for a haircut so last minute I really liked the hair cut until she told me it was 65$ for two children's haircuts. I definitely wasn't expecting that much nor could I refuse seeing as how she had already cut my kids hair. I couldn't afford that but paid anyway. I will never be coming back that's outrageous prices for a subpar haircut for a child.

Written on doors is “Walk ins welcome” and twice they asked if i had appt. Woman saw me and daughter come in and got up, turned her back to us and watched something on phone for a few minutes before coming over to us. Looked me up and down like I don’t fit her standard and said I need an appt. Guess I wasn’t white enough for her. I will be taking myself and my brown child somewhere else. 2nd time. Teaching moment for my daughter as to why some people will treat her bad.

I love this salon! They have fantastic prices and service. My stylist was Mariam and she did fantastic on my haircut and style and she was extremely nice and talkative :)

Layla fixed my severely color damaged hair, made my hair soft and beautiful, and recommended some great hair products to use for my hair. She was super friendly and nice.
