Quality work. I brought in an full exhaust kit for a coupe but I own a sedan. I explained that I would want the exhaust kit to fit in the sedan, and they said they can do it. Once it was done, they showed the underside of my car with the exhaust kit and said they had to extend the exhaust kit by about 6 inches to make it sit flush. They welded a piece of stainless steel to make it work. They made sure that the exhaust tips were not recessed in and made them stick out normally. The people there are more than knowledgeable, they tend to make the customer happy in the end. Love the work they did. Fully recommend!

Called the shop and they got me in really quick as soon as I pulled up they went straight to work. The owner and the worker are really cool and down to earth not out to take your money. They are out to make you happy. I was very pleased with the work they did. Definitely recommend this place. The only problem I have is that I wish I knew about them sooner. Brand new car who do you trust!.

I would rather not leave a review, but it did get my attention. I would say that the gentleman that did the work is on amazing person very efficient very fast and spot on. I can see he’s an expert in his trade. I also hate to mention this, but the owner needs to rush up on some people skills and not be so butt hurt about certain things. I think it’s always the picture that matters minuscule problems fees that come from a Debit card machine shouldn’t be of any worry. I hope he’s nice to his employee who helped me with this whole scenario? I do think they have a awesome place to get work done though :-) so kudos keep up the good work. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need any more work done to my vehicle.

I took an old school car and wanted a good sounding & good looking exhaust because it's a classic muscle car and you want to show that off. Now don't get me wrong. They did the job like I asked as far as putting 3" pipe on there and it does sound really good, but the pipes in it don't match the color of the Flowmaster they used and the pipes they put were bent and dinged like crazy. Like really bad bends where you could see the pipe just look like it was folding instead of smooth turns or smooth straight pipe. I'm not happy about the appearance at all and unfortunately once this car does get the body and paint done, it will have to have a full exhaust redone so it could look good. Right now it just sounds good but I'm embarrassed to show it off. If it looked good they would've earned a five star. I was ready to spend good money and for $800 I thought it should have looked a lot better. I had another place that I was recommended as well that was $100 cheaper but I chose this one because it was more known and had a more modern shop. I'll never know if the old guy at the other place would've done better but I feel like he wouldn't have done worse. Unfortunately I'm stuck with what I got and I'm glad at least it sounds good. For now no one's going under my car to check my exhaust.

Don’t typically leave reviews but as I am very particular what goes on my car I looked into reviews for a good local exhaust shop to take my challenger for a custom exhaust setup. Therefor I am leaving my experience to help future people in the same boat. As I do think Mitchell muffler is one of the better muffler shops in the area I believe they just want you in and out just to get the job done. My exhaust tips ended up being uneven (bugs the heck out of me) and on one of the exhaust bends no idea what they did but does not look good what so ever, it’s almost pinched if you will. Had to hunt my O2 sensor down afterwards as they claim “I didn’t come with any”, later on ended up finding them… and as my clamps went lost about 8 nice ones as they claim they “just pried them off, and trashed them ” so at that point I was just ready to get out of there. All in all i do somewhat regret taking my car there everytime I see the rear of my car the uneven tips stick out like a soar thumb, really bugs me.

Took my car to install 4 gaskets and they only installed 2 without letting me know about the other ones and ended up keeping them. I paid full price and when I had taken my car to another shop they said only 2 out of the 4 were replaced. So I go back to this shop and explain to them and they get upset and tell me to go somewhere else. Crazy thing is they still had my gaskets! Don’t take your car here they will rip you off and not do the work. Horrible customer service will let others know this place is garbage

Brought my Cadillac CT5 in for a catback exhaust system install and the service was excellent. Quick and professional install and I brought the car back in for an adjustment to the system and they took care of me. Highly recommend this shop!
