First off the worst customer service experience @ a Honda dealership. The men in the service department are all incompetent people and probably have their jobs because they need people to work and collect a paycheck for horrible work ethics. I encountered Jesus Galvan about my vehicle battery he had a technician do a battery test and said it was bad. My response was I have 100 months battery warranty . His response was if I don’t have a receipt he can’t find it in the Honda vehicle database because all the dealerships are individually owned and I would have to go back to San Leandro Honda to deal with the issue. I left call the dealership and called where I purchased and so easily they gave me the date and said he was lying about not being able to look up. I Found my receipt and warranty card went back and still encountered more rude service by Fernando, and Jason the service manager.. This place discriminates against women who are questioning their ability to give adequate information about their services… Beware they just want to overcharge you… Horrible dealership and will never give them any more money !!! And they don’t deserve the one star… And the end of it Jesus wouldn’t even finish helping me , and had Jason do my paperwork where he wrote not to honor a new 100 month warranty on the new battery…

Brought in our Odyssey because the sliding door was not working correctly. I had already tried to fix it by replacing the motor, and track with new rollers using OEM parts with no luck and let them know what I had replaced.I've used other Honda shops before but not Modesto so I thought I'd give them a try, as we live an hour away. They looked at it on Friday and said it would be ready by Tuesday. I called Wednesday to see how it was going since I hadn't heard anything. They said the parts came in wrong and would be ready Thursday. I call Thursday and again wrong parts, now it was Friday by noon. They went ahead and replaced the parts that I had already replaced after I told them. The door is not fixed after charging me $2500. They said that the body was out of alignment and they can't fix that.....it has to go to body shop and they don't do that there. Very disappointed and won't be going back. We love our 4 other Honda vehicles but don't go here for service and repairs!

I came into Mistlin Honda in search of a new car. Upon arrival I was greeted by employee Mel, who instantly made me feel comfortable to start off my car purchasing process. J.R was my salesman who helped me find my brand new 2024 Honda civic sport. J.R was such a affable guy, I have nothing but positive things to say about him and Mel throughout this whole process. On the other hand, employee Sammy was way too aggressive and lied to me multiple times about my options in regard to my purchasing process. I do not appreciate the lies from and let alone the constant paucity of transparency. The rest of Mistlin Honda crew was AMAZING and would suggest them to anyone in search of a Honda.

My AC was out. It’s hot in Modesto. They are busy. They worked me into the schedule and returned my car when promised. The service representatives were great. Jason, the Manager, got involved and really helped out. Great job Mistlin Honda!

The service wasn’t bad we got helped the moment we stepped on the lot. It seemed alittle rushed but it wasn’t horrible I did ask several times about the amount after taxes and fees and to see the breakdown off all cost several times and was ignored they ran my card before having me sign anything it was definitely rushed we loved the car and we’re going to get it anyways but they should really break things down to there customers and listen without interrupting and rushing them.

( 1st time customer ) Recently took in our new Honda accord for its 1st oil change and a minor warranty issue . Service department thoroughly inspected car and found a problem under the vehicle I would have never known about . They handled the repair promptly and under the Honda warranty . Communication and service was excellent . Thank you Honda service and staff .

I drove to here at 6:15 am and I was the 15th car in line. If you want service a Saturday you’d best wake up at 4 or something, but they handled the legions of cars like pros. They guided everyone in, processed everyone efficiently, it took about 4 hours. They were all really nice. Great service

I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Mistlin Honda. They only replaced and did what was necessary and nothing more. I also appreciate that they pick you up and drop you off because I am a widow. I was so stressed about how I was going to get to and from and you made my life so much easier and took a lot of stress away.

I was not aware that I needed an appointment for a regular service. but, having said that, the care I received was excellent! a shuttle ride, the actual maintenance, interaction with staff...everything else was so great! Mr Mistlin, who is in heaven, is happy!!!

This was my first time at Honda with my vehicle. The inspection was nice, even though no one said anything to me. Everything was marked green but my cabin filter was very dirty… they didn’t put a sticker for my next oil change. My car was there for a few hours, I paid over a hundred for an oil change and didn’t get a complimentary wash like other dealers too. It’s the little things that go a long way..

Bought a brand new Honda CRV. Loved the color. My buying experience was great. Have always shopped local but decided to go out of town this time. So glad I did. The service was great. Everything was right up front. Great price. Thanks "Junior" Diaz (our salesperson).

Walked into the service dept and it didn't have a line. I needed a code for our CRV for the radio and was helped immediately. We were happy she got the radio working.

Went in to try and get a new car but because I didn't qualify for the car I wanted they were so quick to send me on my way with out even showing me other options, they had another persons information once they knew they were going to spend a little more time on me. A week later they sent me an email trying to sell me another vehicle, cant recall the sales persons name but he was a mid age Hispanic who sat right by the side door and the mini fridge where they have the waters.
