Always friendly staff w a willingness to get things done. Love the updated waiting area for me to continue my work day. I do need to ask about private areas for sensitive information/calls for my work. Next time.

Got my oil changed two Saturdays ago. They forgot to put in the screws for my skid plate that covers my oil pan on my 2015 Honda Fit and just tucked the lip of the skid plate into the front part of the car. I was driving along on the freeway and heard a noise. I pulled over and looked under my car and my skid plate had come loose and was dragging on the ground.

The sales person I had was horrible, very rude and had bad communication with me. He was not going to put on the clear edge protector and did not tell us about or free oil changes. They detailed the car for us, it took them literally 10 minutes, they left stickers on the car and did not even wipe down the inside of the car, there were spots all over the windows, it was just terrible. I would never go buy a car there again.

1st of all.. I LOVE my car!!! Most importantly VITO and MARLON were very professional and that is important to me when I am shopping for anything. There was no pressure just decent guys listening to what I wanted. VITO had me in and out with the car I wanted. I think that was the fastest I ever left a dealership. I was extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service. A1 service. Thank you VITO and MARLON.

I dropped my car off - I used their shuttle service he brought me home. I received a phone call that my car was ready to get picked up. Awesome ?

I went in for an oil change and routine checks of battery, breaks and tires. they completed the oil change and said everything else was ok. I am always pleased with their service department, they don't suggest additional parts or work unless it's really necessary.
By the way, my car is a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid, bought it new from Mistlin Honda, and it's still going strong.

I called them and asked if I can do a walk in for oil change and the guy on the other line said yes as long as you can get here before noon I said I will be there within 10 minutes I arrived less than 10 minutes and they said no we are not accepting any walk ins anymore !! WTH is that??

Nice waiting room. Because I came from Manteca, the service advisor expedited my service so I didn’t have to wait through the lunch hour. No complaints
