Outstanding customer service is an understatement. From booking my appointment online, to communication with staff and then my appointment, I was beyond happy! Mira and her staff know how to treat customers. Cristy made my experience so comfortable. I felt so special. I cannot wait for my wedding day! Every bride should experience Mira’s!

Cristy was AMAZING. I felt like a left there with a new friend! I never expected to land my dream dress but it all happened so easily and naturally. Cristy hand picked dresses that she felt I’d love and her ideas were so on point!!! Thank you again for a wonderful day and memory!

Store was attempting to charge me $30 to do a wedding dress try on. Extremely distasteful & absurd. I get store is money hungry to make money anyway they can. But a wedding dress try on appointment does not guarantee a sale & that's just bussiness and life in general. I would recommend other couturesnin the area with better customers service.

I normally don’t write reviews however this place is exceptional. Amazing service! Really loved being there. Mira Bridal couture came highly recommended by others. Didn’t disappoint. I left with a beautiful gown. They made me feel very special. I want to say Thank you so much! I can’t even believe I have it! Wonderful place, wonderful people.

Mira Bridal Couture is a fantastic place to find your dream wedding dress! Kristy was absolutely wonderful, we had a quick phone consultation and discussed my wish list, she picked out a dress while we were talking, that fit exactly what I was asking for. My appointment was the same day and when I arrived Kristy gave me a tour and showed me the dress she had picked out, it was gorgeous. AND that first dress was THE ONE!! There was a wide selection of gorgeous designer dresses and all the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend everyone consider a trip to Mira's when looking for their perfect wedding dress!! :)

Was very underwhelmed by the professionalism of who ever runs their social media(instagram). As someone who owns a business and worked in customer service for years, seeing the way the address customers with complaints is quite telling. I have visited this shop before and felt completely over looked and less than. If that’s your time of seen then good luck.

The Boutique at Mira’s decided to take a marketplace post and say I complained about their return policy. A simple call to the store was made, they told me the details of how I wasn’t able to return and that was that. No hard feels, no attitude given… nothing. Soo, I post the jeans to Facebook groups because if I don’t love them.. I want someone to have them that WILL! They’re cute jeans! NEVER WORN. First time shopping at this store… the return policy was not memorized in my head from the kind girl who said it so quickly. Simple as that. So they took my post… posted it… and used it as an “opportunity to remind people what the return policy is.” Being a first time shopper and not even complaining about their policy, I thought this was so distasteful. To have their loyal customers speak poorly on the issue and them commenting with clapping and such love was the icing on the cake. (IG too.)The young lady that helped me was so sweet too ? I have zero desire to return.

Found my dress here working with Cristy!! They gave my party and I a glass of champagne to enjoy while trying dresses on. The mood was light and welcoming. Cristy had already pulled dresses based off of some photos I sent beforehand which helped the appointment run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Mira Bridal!!

WOWzers, such an AMAZING experience from the moment I stepped into the boutique up until I was waving 'goodbye' after saying YES to the dress! Some background, Mira's was my 2nd bridal boutique I visited on my marathon dress shopping Saturday & when I left, I couldn't stop thinking about the last dress I tried on so I found myself in for another appointment a week later.
Something I'd like to point out - I made 4 appointments at other bridal boutiques and Mira's is the only place that reached out a month before to ask about the style I was interested in and the vibe of my wedding. It was so easy to text pictures of my dress options I was leaning towards and to talk to the stylist. That is for sure a bonus so they don't have to wait until your actual appointment to get a feel for what you're looking for.
I worked with Kaylin both times & she was such a dream to work with! Super sweet & very accommodating. I enjoyed her feedback/input and honestly, it didn't feel like she was just my stylist but also, a friend. She made my cousin & I (& my mom at the later appointment) very comfortable with the whole process. Down to hyping me up every time I walked through the blue curtains to stand on the pedestal.
Yes, I did buy my veil before saying YES to the dress but when you know, you know (not only with the dress). As stated above, I did say YES to the dress and my mom was there as a surprise & it is something I will forever treasure.
The whole experience was something I'll never forget, so easy-going with absolutely no pressure. I definitely will recommend them always! THEY'RE THE BEST!

I came here thinking I was just going to look at some dresses but little did I know I would fall in love with THE ONE! I had the help of Christy she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and very enthusiastic, she really made the entire experience a great time. They had a huge selection of styles and dresses for every kind of bride. Highly recommend!!

Where to start. Well out of all the places between David’s bridal and even a few small businesses going as far as Sonora, this is by far the most friendly and accommodating place I’ve been to! Kaylin made me feel so comfortable and even went as far as providing bubbly which was definitely a first! The search for the perfect dress had been going on for well over a month or two so once I slipped into this dress and showed my mother, we were both a teary eyed mess! They had a stunning selection to choose from and I got my dress for a stellar deal! From the check in to the purchase everything was exceptionally organized and the service and friendliness was there every step of the way! When I have another friend getting married or anyone for that matter, you can bet I’ll be sending them here to meet Kaylin!

Very disappointed in this place! Good luck asking a lot of questions about a dress that you really want and trying to get a response! On top of that the lady with the raspy voice with the name that sounds close to Christa had a very ugly aggressive approach to customer service! I had referred my sis in law here only because my daughter had purchased her wedding dress here and the experience then was good. Will never refer anyone here again!

I'd dreaded starting wedding dress shopping for months because all the options and prices felt so overwhelming. All of that changed when I met Cristy at mbc. She listened to the things I wanted and showed me an array of beautiful dresses that fit my budget. I was able to find, purchase, and walk out with a fantastic dress all within an hour!! The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the store was super cute, and it was a really positive experience! If you're looking for a dress or even some cute clothes, I highly recommend checking this place out!
