Lilly and Antonio are Hands down the best customer service. The comfort and help they provided was amazing. They were so welcoming and so patient. if you want good service this place is where you want to go. ☺️

I went in because I lost my Sim card and Lily was such a great help. Her customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend coming here there was no line and when I walked in, I was greeted. She was able to reassure me of other options instead of having to buy a new Sim card when I brought the phone in.

Idk what was wrong with the 2 young men that work here. One of them was new or high or both and the other one just didn't care to do much more than be on his phone. It was like he was inconvenienced to help out. I asked multiple times if they would transfer info from one phone to the other with the data cable like they have done for the past 20+ years for me. I got charged for it, but no he said just log in to your Google well that took close to 2 hours to transfer. I'll never go to a store where these guys are working ever again.

Guadalupe was EXCELLENT!! It was a very hot day, she had plenty of patience with me asking a thousand questions. She got me set with a new phone and number(she even let me kind of pick my new number!!) Within about 30-40 minutes I was on my way out the door with my new phone, case, and screen protector for a decent price!! Thank you soo much Guadalupe for all your help and time! I am back in business thanks to you!!

Very bad customer service and nobody knows nothing about how to do their job also they over charge for items we didn't ask and get please think twice before go to that specific place on hatch !Pesimo servicio y cobran articulos y se quedan con ellos ,con trabajos mi niña quiso pagar su cell nuevo y le cobran $40 +taxes de 2 cargadores que nunca pidio ni queria comprar ella y alegan que si se los pusieron adentro de la bolsa y a la hora de reclamarles y verificar segun no pueden revisar las camaras cosa que obio no es sierto no lo recomiendo y si no quieren pasar un mal momento no vayan con esa bola de ratas! Called the store to see if phone was available, they said yes. Got to the store and they tried to wrap me in with accessories in the disguise of being my "options", which I did not want at all and brought the monthly payment up by $15-25 extra dollars. Once we were clear that we only wanted the phone, the representative went to the back for 10 minutes where he spoke to manager and they decided they would not sell the phone unless we added the accessories on the equipment installment plan. They lied and said that they no longer had the phone despite trying to give me "options" for 20 minutes. They tried to give me more options except the one that I wanted, which is just the phone. I understand these stores have goals and pressure on them but this was a waste of both of our time and outright unethical. This is not the first time I have seen this practice in motion with this third party retailer. I like my service with T-Mobile, but these local stores practice some unethical sales techniques and take advantage of the local low-income community by coercing customers into installment plans with overpriced accessories in order to meet sales goals since they do not make commission from outright phone sales. I will no longer be dealing with T-Mobile retailers because of this experience.

The worst customer service at this store. I had Been in There and trying to get a new phone I bought connected And She told me she couldn't connect it for me. For no apparent reason I told her the phone was unlocked but she said she didn't have a chord( It does not take a cord to connect) But Every other store has been awesome.

I bought a screen protector that did not stick right to my phone. Then payed for another one because the metro pcs worker said, " it will eventually stick if you keep rubbing it." so then after i had payed for two screen protectors the metro pcs worker said theres no refund for accessories.

this t mobile is the worst. They do not like white people or asians. i waited for 15 minutes after i put my name on list and this edgar guy says he is waiting by the door. yes while on his own personal phone. These losers should all be fired. they were also giving a woman in there a hard time also

Excellent customer service! I can't speak for T-Mobile as a company or their business practices. I'm actually really disappointed with how much money I poured into this awful service provider. Leaving 5 stars for this specific location though. The staff here were very helpful and friendly while helping deactivate my phone lines. I came in with a happy demeanor and left the same. Thanks again Delilah (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for the excellent customer service and all the help! I really do appreciate you going up and beyond in helping me today! If I decide to use T-Mobile again in the future, I'm certainly returning to this location.
