[UPDATED] Only generic response from the owner, nothing meaningful to address the issue...I went to this store to switch to Metro by T-Mobile and port my number from Verizon. I talked with agent named Cassandra. She asked for all the information and for the most part it went well. When I asked her that I wanted to sign up for 40$ plan, she kept insisting that I sign up for 60$ plan and told me 40$ plan is text and voice only. So I opened Metro's website and showed her the plan had unlimited data as well but she said the website is incorrect because anybody could write that (it was metro's official website). Then she told me to sign up for 60$ plan or I can just leave because that's their policy. I asked to see the policy if it's on the website or on the promotional pictures so I could confirm but she refused to show me. Then I asked for corporate number but she refused to give me that as well and at this point, I see her getting defensive and frustrated so I asked for another agent so I can get correct information about the plan I am signing up but the other agent just shouted from across the room and refused to help me and told me to do what she says or leave. Then Cassandra involved the customers behind me to kick me out. I told them I am not even raising my voice, all I am asking for is answers about the plan that she wants me to sign up. The customer threatened to punch me and beat me because the employees enabled them to bully me, I had no choice but leave the shop stunned by this ghetto store where employees act like thugs and threaten to beat you up.I called Metro customer service number I found on google and filed a complaint but I am not sure how serious they take these issues.I wouldn't recommend going to this store or company. They're unprofessional, they have no basic knowledge of their own product. I see other reviews complaining about similar issues but no resolution given by the company.

When I arrive at the store this one lady who works at the store was being extremely rude and racist to me when I was only going to pay for a phone bill. When I was going to pay for it I ask her to check my account and see if there's somethib that I can remove from my phone bill she said no. I told her I'll just pay the full amount and move on as soon as I gave her the money on cash she refused my service and ask me to leave the store. I told her no and then she's starting to use foul language and racists comments. I couldn't get her name because she took her badge from her shirt. Wouldn't come here or give my money to this franchise again bad experience and superior needs see. And this is the lady who is rude to people on the image.

I go here all the time when that guy tony Torres was in there he was being very rude to the lady so the lady told him to please leave which any normal person would do Tony Torres learn how to talk to women please because the way you where talking to that lady was very disrespectful

The manager was smart she understood everything I needed and she was on it she helped me I wasn't in the store Long which I loved and her personality her salesmanship she knew what to do and how to do

If you ever go to T-Moblie speak to Tanya. She is very kind and will help you with any questions you have about your phone or plan. Her customer service was excellent. I have been to this store before and some of the associates barely even say hi or how's your day going or ask what's the reason for your visit. She gave us information on how to lower our payment and even answered all our questions we had. It never felt like she was trying to rush us out the door. T-Moblie needs more associates like Tanya.

I switched my mobile providers went into the store on Paradise rd. The clerk was. Very helpful and got me in and out of the store with no delays. I appreciate when the person working knows their job. Tanya was her name. She is pleasant and has the knowledge of the product. She let me know the cost for the service I requested and had me on my phone within a matter of minutes. I'm so happy to have been helped by Tanya. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family. Thank you Tanya for your help.Manuel Rosales

Very bad customer service. I think the girls name was Tanya. She speaks in such a rude manner to the customers and her coworker. In a tone that makes it seem like she is annoyed of being asked questions.
