The worst customer service I have ever experienced in life! They left an inexperienced employee alone in the store and when she made a mistake Serina ( worst behaving staff) was so rude to me even when it was clear it was not my fault! She literally worked me out of the store for explaining my disappointment in their customer service! I have to rate them i will give them a minus

Wow I experienced the best customer service in the world by viridina! IF I SPELL YOUR NAME WRONG PLEASE FORGIVE ME!! She answered All my difficult questions in a nice timely manner, with great patience, professionalism, without an attitude!PERIOD!! Not sure if she was a manager or an associate of the store but if I have to guess (MANAGER)😊!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been needing a new phone for a while now. Pretty much all year long.... For me, getting a phone is a big investment. I don't get a new phone every year when the new models hit. So making sure I choose the right one is very important. This year alone, I have went to the store located in the plaza parkway shopping center 4 times. And left empty handed every time, with great disappointment. Yesterday, I went back and was treated terribly. So I left and came here. I wish I got the sweet workers name, but I freaking love her!!!!! She was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, just a beautiful soul. I hope she gets everything she wants in 2025!!!!! Anyway, choose this location for all your cell phone and accessory needs!!!!

Metro not good , but t mobile way better, metro, you have problems, with internet not working, can't receive any calls. Or call out, can't Even call customer service, which is b.s.

Not happy with this place. I bought a phone charger for my phone. The gal that sold me the charger said if I had any problems to bring it back with the receipt. I had problems, the cord did not work with my Samsung and I ended up getting another one @ AT&T. So I came back three days later to only be told that they did not refund money. And that all sales were final. And said so rudely like I should've known this. So I kindly asked for the manager, and very smarty replied, I am the manager. This place lacks customer service, people skills, and should never tell a customer one thing and then another worker says something else. This place could use better training. I only gave it one star because it was close to my house.
