“I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly I was seen…I had an appointment, but the waiting room was standing room only, so I feared I would have a long wait. Good job on sufficient staffing! Also, my phlebotomist was very skilled and made the whole experience efficient and painless.”

“Brooke both helped me check in as the Quest check in kiosk became more convoluted since my last visit and Brooke was also very pleasant while she efficiently drew my blood. Thank you Brooke.”

“Souless , frustrating experience till actual humans open the inner sanctum door, then they are nice, prompt people .Reminds me of the futuristic movie Elysium with Matt Damon. He goes to the doctor with lethal radiation poisoning only to be interviewed and rejected for treatment by a AI robot.”

“So, 8 years out from Neal's death, I'm providing a review. Neal was in ICU for like 5 days. Tons of people showed up to support us. Medical staff let us hang out with him in his room. There were like 20 of us standing around Neal, singing worship songs, which oddly made his heart rate decrease. Clearly, he knew we were there praying for his healing as we wanted him to remain in our lives. Neal's nephew, Cameron, showed up with Bay leaves to place on his forehead. Neal loved the Bay tree. Had one planted on the back 40 which didn't survive, thank you flood of 2017. I am thankful Cameron griffin remembered that and brought some leaves for Neal. I still have them. The managing nurse visited me to ensure everything was in place. The managing nurse happened to be a former friend of Neal's and an employee of Modesto City Schools. How does that happen? How does someone have the energy to be both a nursing teacher with MCS and an employee of Memorial Hospital? I'm really blown away.”

“I checked in for regular labs ordered by my PMD as a walk-in. It was convenient as it is located near the hospital i work at. This lab is fairly well maintained. Greeted by pleasant ladies. Everything was done very efficiently. Unfortunate that they have low rating. They told me it was regarding old staffs. I will get all my labs done here from now on.”
