Me fallaron 2 vecesCompramos un set de recamara muy caro por que nos gusto, por el precio creimos que seria de buena calidad. A menos de un mes las tablas de debajo del colchon empezaron a tronar y les llame y les dije que parecia que ivan a quebrarse y quedaron de ir a arreglarla y nunca ni llamaron y si se quebro y tuve que pagar a alguien mas para que me la arreglara por que ellos ya no respondieron. Tontamente regrese al año a comprar un mueble que hacia juego con mi cama y compre 8 bancos para mi desayunador ahi mismo, antes de comprarlos yo estaba en duda de cual tamaño comprarlos pues tenian dos medidas y le dije no se cual tamaño son para un desayunador y groseramente la señora mas adulta me dijo pues usted me tiene que decir a mi cuales quiere, con duda elegi los mas altos pues pense q los otros eran para mesa, cuando los entrego me quedaron super altos q ni sentarnos podiamos pues pegaban las rodillas al desayunador, le llame y amablemente le pregunte podia cambiarlos por los mas bajos pues asi no podria usarlos y grosera me contesto no, por eso yo le pregunte cuales queria, los que se llevo son de barra. Ella debió haberme explicado eso cuando me vio en duda. Tuve que pagar un carpintero que los cortara. Muy despota la dueña y le importa zero el servicio al cliente

ZERO STARS. Bought furniture from the lady in Modesto. She gave us a delivery date and said they would call the day before to confirm. No calls the day before. On the fay of delivery I called and they gave us a 2 hour window for delivery, and that's actually better than most places. But then they called back in the delivery window and said they are short handed and can't make it. The guy told me he knew about it first thing in the morning but the boss told them not to tell customers until it was their delivery time. That's awesome, I took time off of work for this and it was a complete waste of time. Told them to keep it all, called the lender and cancel the financing. WORTHLESS PEOPLE RUNNING THAT COMPANY.

This Furniture store is unprofessional people.very poor customer service and management.They wrote my order . I waited two weeks for my dining chairs on the day of delivery she called me that they are out of stock.Although they had it ,but sold maybe higher price on some one else.when I told her to send me even the one on the floor because I needed them for a quick event coming in few days.Not trusted place. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I bought a love seat with POOR QUALITY from Liz..Fabric is messed up on the side of love seat..Then we had a issue with something else..I would never go back there AGAIN ! !After Liz gets your money she is very rude..And she lies...
