Been here a few times in the last two years and never had any problems. The one lady who draws my blood was always pleasant. In and out every time.

I went in to take my 4 panel drug test for employment and I couldn’t urinate at that time because I empty my bladder when I wake up so I was told to drink some cups of water then they called it to diluted sounds like a discrimination , choosing the wrong place to test cost me a good job , things like this use to be uncalled for and i don’t have anything to worry about because i don’t use drugs !

Dont use online schedule. Today scheduled an appointment on line and it was confirmed. Arrived and checked in on line, it verified I was checked in. Labcorp at Walgreens on McHenry in Modesto. System told me to wait in car until they text you.... Never recieved a text,went inside, signs were posted that the location was closed andto go to florida ave. Location for service. Went there and Checked in , waited for almost an hour. Only one person working, she said that I was to be called, since they knew it was closed. ............ Dont use online check in, cant be trusted.

I checked in for regular labs ordered by my PMD as a walk-in. It was convenient as it is located near the hospital i work at. This lab is fairly well maintained. Greeted by pleasant ladies. Everything was done very efficiently. Unfortunate that they have low rating. They told me it was regarding old staffs. I will get all my labs done here from now on.

I walked in for a regular labs ordered by my primary care physician. As a physician, i understand clinical visits or lab checks or anything that might be related to health care might not be pleasant. I was taken care of by the very nice staffs. I had a very pleasant experience and am planning to come back here for any future needs.

McHenry Location inside of Wal Greens - Cindy refused to do my lab work because she's "never seen it before". 3 papers showing LAB CORP & she refused. Everything she needed was included & provided in the test kit. She was on her personal cell phone talking to someone else & told them she's working with a broken toe. So unprofessional. Keep your calls work related & don't waste a patients time. I went on Friday & the phlebotomist working actually read the paper work & was going to draw my blood but we realized the order can only be done Monday through Thursday. Unfortunately she wasn't there today. I won't be back to Lab Corp. Cindy is very unprofessional & refused to do her job... drawing blood.

Lab Corb is awesome, in and out in less than 10 minutes. The have real smiling people to help you check in. We’ll never go to Quest again.

This change to the staff has been wonderful. Had blood work today the most friendly and helpful staff. I felt so welcome when I walked into the office. This staff is amazing change to the office.Thank youDonna

I walked in with my wife, we just got stared at for a good 5 minutes until they told to us, we needed to check-in at the touch screen tablet, great. When I got called up I was automatically asked if it was for a drug test, I told them no, a specific blood work for IVF. She looked at the lab request and she replied "SAME THING." I was baffled, I called my clinic and confirmed it was not a drug test, it was red blood cell count. Incompetent people working here. I waited for the fax to come through to them, I told them thank you but I was not confident they would order the correct lab because their worker said it was a drug test when it clearly it wasn't. I took myself down the hall to Quest & they also confirmed it was not drug test. Never coming back here again.

Automated call service scheduled my appointment for Monday, December 26 as I couldn’t even get a hold of reception or another agent. I drove all the way from Lodi and when I get here there’s a sign of the lab closed. Why couldn’t they update this on their automated phone service.Not that they care but they should be considerate of people’s time!
