My name is Patricia. I have a 550 BMW as you know this is a very expensive car. I took it to an import shop to get repaired on ninth Street. It’s at there for 3+ days. They didn’t even look at it. I told my girlfriend about it, she referred me to the shop. She says they take all their vehicles there. They were amazing within two days. My car was totally repaired. I was scared to get the total price of the car. It was a little over $1000 granite I live on a fixed income , I guarantee if I would’ve took this car anywhere else it would’ve been a lot more . I will never take my car to Valley BMW. All they do is overcharged on everything these gentlemen at this place were professional and got to my car immediately even though they had other cars they were working on also, they literally got the job done and I’m sure gave me a break because I know the work was more than they charge me. I had my car back with a day and a half. I am so grateful to this shop and feel so blessed that I had a girlfriend that knew where they would take good care of somebody that lives on a very tight budget , I got my baby back and I’m happy to say if you have an expensive car like mine that is very high maintenance and you want somebody to trust go to the shop they treat you right they do not try to overcharge they get it done and you will never go wrong get your car fixed here. My car is a 2016 with very low mileage under 40,000 miles on it. I am so grateful to the mechanics and how professional they are. Thank you so very much to all the gentleman that repaired my car and got me back onto the road , this is this is not five stars. It is in my book. I will never take my car anywhere else besides this shop you cannot go wrong. I would put my life on it. Thank you so very much sincerely, Patricia.

They will get the job done. Not only quickly but for a really reasonable price. The guys there are nice. Took my bmw there 3 times for service and they never disappoint. They know what they are doing for sure.

God blessed me with this place! They saved me $6,000+ by fixing my BMW only exactly with what it needed and not all the other stuff the dealer recommended for no reason. Also QUICKEST turn around time ever I was in shock. Great mechanical work!

*** This is for a visit last year that I forgot to post to google (only yelp) ***Took my i3 into Valley European after a few phone conversations with Randy and Ron. I got a really good impression from both of them and felt comfortable and confident they could take care of a few issues with the car.They BY FAR exceed my expectations. Hands down the best interaction I've had at a shop in a long time (ever?). They clearly and honestly walked through everything they did on the car and showed me several things that the dealership diagnosed that they would have gone a different (and less expensive) way with.I left knowing I've found a home for our little go-kart and will not hesitate to tell anyone who's looking for quality, fair and honest people to work on their European cars to come here.Thanks, Ron and Randy!

Took my 1995 E320 to Valley European Automotive. Brought all the maintenance up to date. Then went through the car, transmission leak, new head gasket, drive line joints, differential gasket & seals and some serious wiring problems, excellent work all of it. I'm confident all I will need for the next 100,000 miles is gas, oil, water and a couple maintenance stops at Valley European. Thanks Ron.

I have a 1967 Volvo 122s and I was looking for someone who could help me with this European classic. Ron of Valley European is himself a connoisseur of old Volvos and willingly took on my car with its problematic starting issue. On the same day I took the car in he had the fuel pump replaced and had the car purring like a kitten.A couple of weeks later I had a similar starting issue and I took the car back in. Within hours Ron had fixed the issue which I was so embarrassed by...loose wiring at the starter. Ron did the work FOR FREE, then pointed out a couple other things that I could do myself (replace the battery, change out a gasket / thermostat / hose with the coolant system) without encouraging me to buy the stuff from him or pay for his labor.As you all probably know, this level of integrity and honesty is harder and harder to come by, and Ron (along with Randy) have it in spades. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have a local expert in vintage Volvos that is also honest to a fault, is beyond competent, is extremely efficient, and is truly a pleasure to do business with.Service: General repairs & maintenance
