Just bought my sister’s quinceañera dress here. She loved the dress and the people at the store were very helpful. They have lots of options and dresses are very well priced. We will be back for her accessories. Very happy with this place, I recommend it.

I do NOT recommend this place. They did a mediocre job and ruined $500 worth of merchandise! They didn’t even offer to correct the issue and kept arguing instead of assuming responsibility!Update: lady calls me to offer to fix their work but continues to tell me she doesn’t like my review. She should’ve considered my displeasure before giving me the run around. She still didn’t accept responsibility! I had to hang up on her because clearly assuming responsibility is not their style. I stand by my original review… go somewhere else.Update: she proceeds to TEXT me saying I have a bad heart! Seriously!? An honest review gives you the right to call me repeatedly and text me?! Again, find another place to go! Apparently when your review is not of their liking, they’ll harass you too!

This is a small family business. I came for a flower girl dress and it came in one week. Woman were friendly, let us try it on and steamed it before leaving. I'm pleased with the price and overall service.

They charged me so many fees and it wasn't even my fault ! One of there associates told me I could come and return the suit on July 27 and I went that exact day and got charged a late fee and some other fee it came out to 450 in total!, wouldn't recommend, it's better off going to men's warehouse they have cheap rentals!

This place has a bajillion dresses, and we were able to find a silver dress for my niece for my mom's wedding. Wish I would have come here first, and save myself a day of shopping and being discouraged. So many different styles, lengths, material, I was impressed!!

I brought in a bridesmaids dress to be altered on a Friday evening. I was told that the dress would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. I showed up on Saturday and was told that the dress was not ready, they never called me to let me know. they told me that i could pick it up on Tuesday and that they would call me at noon. Truly a terrible store. Nearly everyone in the Quince that got sized, Had an issue regarding a garment of clothing that was too big! These people suck at sizing!!
