“I came here last month to shop for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had been to 3 jewelers prior to this Sales. I met with Nina who was amazing to work with and I did not feel pressured at all my time there. I was only shopping but fell in love with a ring and I'm an impulse buyer so I bought it on the spot. Only after I left did I get feedback from my girlfriend's friend and sister that it is a beautiful ring however it wasn't her style. I called Nina back and she was able to refund the money since it hadn't been sent out yet. I went back the next day and Nina already had some selections based on the feedback I gave her and I found another amazing ring. I had plans to propose in 2 weeks however it was going to be cutting it close and she said if push comes to shove, she could get the same ring from another location and get it sized for me locally so I'd have it in time.I felt she was truly going above and beyond as if she was a close family friend for years and wanted to make sure everything I had planned wasn't ruined by not receiving the ring in time. Reluctantly, the ring had arrived just 2 days before I needed it and she let me know right away I could pick it up. My fiancé loves the ring, I am constantly seeing her just looking at it and she tells me daily how she keeps getting compliments on it at work. It was the Vera Wang solitaire ring collection. I couldn't appreciate more working with Nina and can't wait to go back and do business with her when we pick the bands. Thank you Nina for making this special experience for us as easy as possible!”

“Came through in a pinch, when I waited until the day before to have a birthday gift engraved. It was done in less than an hour and it came out beautifully, how I envisioned. ??I called a dozen places and no one could do it and many places were closed because of the holiday. So glad on one of my calls to a store that couldn't engrave my charm, they had suggested El Centro. Otherwise I would have not known, Google didn't populate this store for "engraving near me"?”

“I've gotten two piercings from this place and one healed beautifully while the other became infected. I've been fighting the infection and trying to save the piercing on and off since I got it a couple months ago. Sadly I had to remove the jewelry and the swelling went down. I didn't have this issue with the first piercing (both are flat helix) so it could just be me or one ear is extra sensitive. I've always had a good experience with them, customer service is great.I got the first piercing a little over a year ago and got the second one a couple months ago.Service: Ear piercing”
