Unprofessional. Employee that showed up to change tire for a fleet vehicle told me if I tipped him 20$ he would plug the tire. I told him no, I don't have cash. Then he proceeded to tell me to use some cash app in my phone to give him money. I told him no, I don't use that app and that we normally pay bills via invoice or corporate card. He then suggested I let him follow me to an ATM and get cash for him with my corporate card. I told him no and even if I wanted to, you can't use a corporate card at an ATM. This guy was not only aggressive and ignorant, but I felt that he would rob me given the chance. He showed ** in his personal vehicle with some ghetto chick riding shotgun. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

He is not an honorable man, on our first phone call he told me he wouldn't be able to honor his side of the contract because he was unable to take my payment method (debit). He said he will let his dispatch know to send someone else, his dispatch called me and told me that he is going to cancel the call. I threatened legal action because they were willing to leave stranded a 41 year old male who's disabled just because they hadn't "stepped into the 90's and gotten a way to take debit. He hung up on me. I called USAA and arranged another driver and to log a complaint. I had a scheduled driver for 6 pm - 8 pm. It turned out to be the guy from Jack Rabbit. I inquired as to what happened after going back and forth he said he had said that he was going to find a way to take the debit card. If this was true why would his dispatch call me and tell me their cancelling the ride. This didn't make sense so I called the number I had for his dispatch I explained the situation (calmly) and he hung up on me. My guess is the combination of my legal threat, my complaint, and the fact I was disabled led them to figure out a way to get out of trouble and that's what they are trying to do.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are completely unprofessional. I don’t know how they are still in business. I called Progressive for locksmith at 2:09pm. Text received from them at 2:19pm that Jack Rabbits ETA was 37 min (2:56pm). Their app showed they were on scene at that time, but they weren’t. Then, it said at 3:06pm that the service was completed, but it wasn’t. I called Jack Rabbit at 3:10pm to check status since they claimed to have completed it. The dispatcher said she didn’t know where that came from and their guy just left with an ETA of 20 min (3:30pm). I called back at 3:45pm when they still hadn’t showed. The dispatcher said the GPS showed them 10 miles away and driver would call with an update. 20 min later (4:05pm) no phone call and hadn’t showed. I called back and dispatcher said ETA was 20-25 min (4:30pm). I asked for a supervisor. She claimed they don’t have them, but I could call the complaint line. Ridiculous! Then, the driver called right after hanging up. The female said that she was sorry they were late, but there was a three car accident. I told her that may be true, but it wouldn’t take them 2.5 hours to go 10 miles. She said they had been sitting in traffic the whole time. I told her that she was full of ****; and she said, “I am not full of ****.” She actually cursed back at me. I told her, as the customer, I can say what I want, but as an employee on the clock... how dare you cuss at me. She said they were 9 min away and got off the phone. I called their customer service back to complain. The dispatcher was in shock. While I was on the phone telling her this whole saga, my husband that was waiting for them this whole time, called. I switched over and he tells me that they arrived; and he said, “I don’t appreciate you cussing at my wife.” AND HE GOT BACK IN THE CAR AND LEFT without doing anything. I switched back over to their rep and told her. She was floored. She put everything in the notes and told me to cal the complaint line. I did and left a message. I also called back Progressive and complained to them directly and they opened a case. I was on the verge of being late for work if my husband didn’t leave then. So he broke into the car himself and raced to get home on time for me to clock in. I have never had worse service from any company in my entire life.... Read More

The gentlemen that came to give my car a jump were so quick to come. My car didn't even need a jump, corrosion on my battery just needed to be cleaned and they did it with a can of pepsi. Who would have known? I appreciated their honesty. I will definitely call if I ever need anything else.

A couple helped me unlock my car because I forgot my keys inside. They came to help me before taking a previous call in Linden which explains the extra star. However a couple days later I found out they left a considerable amount of damage to my door. The top of my door doesn't close flushed anymore and now I can hear wind coming from my passenger side when I drive. Would not work with these guys again.

Worst service ever not once but twice, locked keys in car and told they were coming just to find out they had no intention of coming. According to them they didn't have a truck big enough, I know for locked keys. Then some time later did the same thing and they said they showed and called but lying through their teeth. They stink, stay away.

I have never had such terrible service. I was stuck in a parking lot with my keys lock inside, vehicle running with my baby inside and they cancelled service on me because they said that I wasn't with my car?? They didn't even look! I was there the entire time and my phone died so I couldn't call. My husband, who wasn't with me, ended up calling them back and they told him they cancelled the service call -_- so he called the local police department and they came out and waited with me until they finally showed up two hours after I called.

Had a flat tire with Avis car rental. They showed up within 15 minutes of my call to Avis. It took even less time for him to then put on the spare. I was stuck with my elderly parents, so quick turn around was appreciated. Thank you!

Locked my keys in my car. They said they would be "at the latest" there at 12:30. I said it was cutting it close to my flight time but I should make it if that is the time they arrive. They called me at 2:45 pm, saying they have arrived (after I called them 3 times and eventually got a other company who took care of me from beginning to finish in 15 minutes). I missed my flight. I recommend walking, breaking into your car, buying a new car, and/or giving up before you call these guys.

Worst service ever! called to process a payment for a gas delivery, they had me on the phone for 10 min and never processed anything! I had to have my insurance company get ahold of them to finally make a payment and I'm still waiting for assistance!!!

Called Subaru's number for warranty roadside assistance, and was told to expect a local tow company I was familiar with. Imagine my surprise when, instead, a young guy in a beat up sedan with a magnetic sign saying "Jack Rabbit USA" pulled up with his girlfriend or wife sitting shotgun and whipped out a suitcase jumper box. The whole deal seemed really sketchy to me at first, BUT he was very courteous and professional and showed up exactly at the promised time, so I'll give them 3 stars for that. But if my car hadn't accepted the jump, I would have had to call back and wait for an actual tow truck. Also, I have no written record of the transaction because their driver explained all their dispatches are done by cell phone, even though I had to sign a paper form for the service. It was like the Uber of roadside assistance or something! I'd rather have a driver in a uniform with the name of the company, carrying a clipboard, in a vehicle with company logos and towing capability. Thanks to the nice guy who got me back on the road again, though!

Horrible service... I called to get a tow today. They said they would be here in 20 min. No big I expected that. I get another call telling me he will be here in 4 min. "Sweet" I thought. The guy gets lost and goes onto his next call and just leaves me. With mo appology. Don't ever use this place. They are a joke.
