This was my initial visit. I was surprised at the amount of, and the variety of equipment In-Shape has available. I went in the early afternoon. It was busy, but there was still room to socially distance if you needed to.

I love the RPM class Monday & Wednesday at 5:30am also the steam sauna is fabulous
