I would give 0 stars. Sherrie prepared my taxes for 2021. I told her i moved to virginja. She proceeded to file with ca as a resident. Now I am dealing with va wondering why I didn't pay taxes asking for 10 grand. H&r block has been no help even though I paid for the peace of mind. They have given me no help, no assistance, and no recourse. They even wanted to charge me to amend my taxes even though it's there mistake and they promise a guarantee and to take care of any mistakes.
