I did not receive even one return call out of leaving five messages. And I requested the fees be taken out of refund, but that didn't happen either

I have been going to H&r block for three years now. Two weeks ago I dropped my taxes off and i was assured they would be completed by the following Monday. I did not receive a call or email that my taxes were ready. I have left voicemails and emails to the employees and have not heard back. The office is now closed so I cannot get in touch with them. I understand things get busy, but I would like to be kept in the loop. This will be my last time working with H&r block unfortunately. I have enjoyed working with them but please be aware of this office, they lack communication with their costumers. I did not have a good feeling about their "drop off" method this year and they proved me to be right.

Maria Cunnington!! Not enough words to say!! She is so brilliant with her work, super fast and explains everything you need to know about your taxes and anything you may be missing that could help or harm your income tax return outcome!! On top of that this H&R location is very nice and clean and next to stores if you have to wait outside!!
