I Don't think that they deserve any stars. Was in the store today buying aa pad lock . I was in line for 30 minutes. There was no self check available and the only one person on the register then tours my 30 minutes an other person opened a second register. I asked if I can pay for extra keys that need she said no that she didn't know the prices I asked if she can get someone she said no you have to get them done first. She called for someone to get the keys done. It took 20 minutes for someone to come and make them then I had to wait an other 30 minutes to pay for the keys because only 1reg.open.Bad Service

Was in the carpenter road store today and had to find some faucet washers, but they all looked the same to me. I got help from a employee named Shail and he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Thanks Shail and sorry if I got the name spelled wrong.

Their customer service is just awful. I mean it's 2023 and I'm used to mediocre customer service. But they're just blatantly rude. This is more on the leadership side. An employee needed an over ride and the leadership that came was condescending to the employee and blatantly rude and dismissive to me. I always tell myself not to go, and lowes it is in the future

I was in the paint side of homedepot and this worker name Kelsey was being super rude literally when i was asking about paint, she kept going like ughh when i asked what something I didn't know meant and she kept rolling her eyes, told me we dont have that in like every color i chose i asked her if i could change my color then and she told another worker name pat "ugh im going to my break she change her color can you help them instead" if she would do a better job at helping and suggesting what paint and all the other things meant she wouldn't had gotten my paint started again even after she left she was cussing saying im going to my fucking break now, talk about not liking your job or properly speaking to someone and instead of getting mad because i don't know all about paint she should of just helped me out and being more helpful i don't recommend asking her for help when coming to the paint section her name again is Kelsey and according to her coworker she opens lol so dont go when shes there. Her coworker shouldn't be siding for her a guy name Siphung talking about oh she was probably like that if a customer is rude to her nor me or my husband where rude to her so i don't know why he is defending her shes just plain rude and even to the customer infront of us she was doing the same shit. Im actually glad someone else took over and was helped by Pat

Standing here at the pro desk waiting for help. 1person at a desk the other counting washers moving like a turtle. I need to do a phone sale here. Now she's petting a dog. I'm up but she lost her scanner. I would think that the purpose of the pro-desk is to get contractors on there way. HD MODESTO, YOU'VE FAILED.

LaRonda Hafeli appliances is amazing!! She took her time to help us out and was super sweet the entire time. We also were looking for a tool box and Bob was extremely helpful. Such great customer service!

My refrigerator arrived damaged. A replacement was ordered. I was told it would arrive on Saturday, and that someone would call me on Friday with a window time. No call. After a total of 45 minutes over 3 different phone calls I was told I was 9th in line and they would call before they would arrive. No call, no delivery. Upon calling today the fridge is on backorder (???) and the supervisor "was not in".They don't care about the customer. They don't care about the condition of a $2,000+ purchase. They just don't care.Had to give a star otherwise would be zero.

We went to buy flooring (wood laminate) for our Master bedroom. The sales guy told us when we specifically asked how long before it's installed. He said, "4-6 weeks max". I asked again. Are you sure? Can you check. He said yes, 4-6 weeks. He said we'll order the products, then have them shipped to your home. After the products arrives, the installer will call you.and schedule an install date.Products arrived a couple of weeks later. We called installer and were told Dec. 16th was the earliest date!! Almost 6 months after we purchased the products. When we called Home depot they said we have limited installers and this is the only guy doing installs for us. You guys should have told us that in the beginning. Anything to get the sale, but TERRIBLE customer service, and properly setting customerexpectations. I specifically asked and was lied to.We had to have products in the home for 6 mos taking up space and a total inconvenience, to avoid the weather affecting the wood by extreme heat, or cold. (See pictures)Should have gone with Empire. Home Depot will sell you products, but drops the ball completely with setting customer expectations, and customer service. The worse. Never again. If your buying flooring or anything that needs to be installed for flooring go to Empire. We had everything installed from the guy coming out to measure to final install - 2 weeks with Empire. Filed complaint with BBB also.

I just want to cancel my online order. I waited 45 minutes on the phone to be told I can't cancel it because it hasn't shipped. it isn't due to arrive until May 18. my order hasn't even been processed yet. I was told I have to wait the 3 weeks (or more if it is delayed) for it to ship before I can cancel it.

It's not this store. I'm really angry that the online ordering system allows and confirms an order even if the item is potentially not in stock!! If I receive an email confirming my order and an amount billed, then I've basically been told by the company that the item is available and only needs to be delivered to curbside. 24 hrs later I receive an email "confirming" the order had been canceled, as though I had cancelled it. When I arrived at Home depot to ask, I was told "sorry"! What a waste of my time for them to take the order in the first place!
