This store is great! I don't understand the negative reviews. This is a popular store so you will have to wait in a line, but it is not bad at all. They have really good sales every week with a bunch of stuff on sale for 40-50% off. And I've never experienced a rude employee. Wonderful home decor! Love that they have religious decor and merchandise. My favorite store hands down!

Everything is locked up now! I get it with the theft stuff I suppose, but I like to handle stuff before I buy sometimes, and not with people breathing down my neck to make up my mind. It's different than being at Target to get some deodorant or whatever.

I'm giving it a three-star mainly because of the painting canvases that I purchased they were all loose and flappy I had to bring them home and spray the back of them with water to tighten them up before I start painting I wish they'd purchase some canvases that are pree stretched like they say.But the service was fine theCashiers were friendly.M Chupco

There goes 32 minutes of my life I'll never get back. IN THE RETURN LINE! Worst system and customer service I've ever dealt with at a department store. The cashier called the CSM to the register every 2 min for help. "Per policy". Have the CSR work that register then! Thank goodness I had my receipt, wouldn't you think that would help? No! The CSM still had to go check with another employee to see if the stems I bought were still in store....a week after I bought them. What a joke! To make things worse, when I finally did express my frustration to the CSM Christina, she was extremely rude and dismissive! Didn't offer a single apology or help speeding up the line. Terrible customer service. This is not new news, yet they still don't do anything about it.

I went there a few days ago, and asked where in the store the felt was, to the lady with glasses in fabric department . She was busy chatting with a coworker and said as she pointed to "craft dept" and pointed down there. I was confused. But I tried searching and did not find anything. I saw her a few moments later and she sighed and pointed with a scowl down further. I still did not find it. So I came home and called and she answered phone but didn't have paper or pen to write down information, so I had to wait forever long for her to come back to phone with paper and pen. I gave up and hung up! I will NOT be going to Modesto hobby lobby ever again. I'm going to go to Turlock exclusively from now on!

I needed many roses for a project that I am creating and found them on sale 40% off.Each bundle had 12 flowers I must say Silk flowers that were at $13.99 and got them for $5.60 each.The store often has discounts every week is something new just keep checking in.
