I went in there the day I was moving out of my rental property (with my bed in the back of my f150) in hopes that they would be able to diagnose the issues I was having with my truck. They charged me over 200 bucks for the diagnoses after waiting there for over 4 hours because I had nowhere else to go. After all that time they came back and told me that I was going to need a new engine which would have cost me 11,000 dollars. They had no sympathy for my situation and looked at me with cold dead eyes and said that there was nothing else that could be done. I had to STRUGGLE to get my truck (with my life in the bed) to Fremont. Barley making it over both the Altamont pass and Sunol grade. Eventually I got to the bay and my friend had recommended I take my truck to Silicon Auto (who is the best mechanic in the world) and he was able to fix ALL the issues with my truck for less than 1,200 dollars!!!! I will NEVER go back to ANY Ford service centers for the rest of my life all because of the time spent and heartache I had experienced at this location.

I was rear-ended and the other person insurance used Heritage Ford. They communicated well with me. Even though it took longer than estimated I was still happy with all of it. I got my car back today and was so happy. Looks great!

Talk about Customer Service!!!! We are working on a project car and I’m always greeted with Great service as soon as I walk in from Manny in the parts Department. Manny is always very professional and respectful if you are looking for Great service go see Manny he will make sure you find the right parts you need.

Have came here three times for the purchase and service on my truck. But what stands out is the customer service and help I get from this dealership. Manny at the parts front desk is a absolute gentleman and provided the best service I can think of. Twice I have came in and he was always there to help me out. He had gone out of his way to get me a awesome Mustang jacket when they did not have it in stock. He went out of his way to make sure I went home happy. He delivers excellent customer service and I wish I can emulate his positive attitude and care towards others. Thank you Manny for making a oil change experience fun!

I had a very straightforward and pleasant experience working with my Sales Associate Eddy, Manager Johnson, and Finance Manager Fred. I found my van on the Ford website, submitted a query to the dealership, then got a text promptly from Eddy confirming the van was on the lot. I asked for the price by text, visited the dealership, test drove the vehicle and liked it, and then they honored the price. I also asked for help in adjusting something in the van and they were happy to help me. To top it all off, they offer at this time, a lifetime of oil changes. Thank you to the Heritage Team for helping me get into my new van.

I called their service department to setup for a recall notice. The person was extremely nice and helpful on the phone. The customer service carried over to the helpful staff when I dropped off my vehicle. It was nice to have good customer service since I had called another dealership and did not receive the same helpful staff. Thank you for great customer Heritage Ford

These sales people are the best ever. They don't pressure you. When they realized my situation of my loved one in the hospital, they never tried to push anything on me . All 4 times I went in there I was shown the upmost respect. They allowed me to make up my own mind as to when I would purchase my car. And I was able to work with them on pricing and trade in. Thank you Armando and others for your time and patience with me.

The staff at Heritage Ford was very polite and attentive. They really went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and had a quality experience.I want to personally Rachel for getting the accessories for my Bronco. I want to thank Omar for getting me in the service center right away, and Jesse Perez for the quality work he did on my Bronco...even though I never met him I want to be sure that he knows I appreciate his work and attention to detail.

My HV battery on my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid AWD was at 275 volts after the car sat for 3 weeks while I was on the South Fork Complex fires in the Shasta Trinity NF and Six Rivers NF. The HV battery requires 350 volts to start the car. I had it towed to Heritage Ford Modesto and I was back on the road the following day. They didn't wash my car, but I didn't mind because I have unlimited club at Mister Car Wash. They even gave me a discount for being a AAA member. Service advisor Omar Jimenez was super helpful and there's cool merch to shop for while you wait. I drove my car home to Oakdale after going through the car wash twice, the barber shop for a beard trim,(left it running while at the barber), and left it running when I got home. After ten minutes, the HV battery died while the vehicle was running and now I need a refurbished HV battery which costs $2900. By the way, Heritage Ford initially wanted to charge me nearly $600 to recover the HV battery. To save myself a $195 diagnosis fee, I informed Jimenez the car had already been diagnosed by my mechanic(that's how I knew the HV battery voltage). When I arrived to pick up my car, the bill was $390..to recover an HV battery. So to plug it in to a charger for 2 hours, $390. I asked for a AAA discount(showed my membership card) and Jimenez took 10% off. After a negotiation and 15 minutes, he lowered the bill to $251. I used to bring ambulances here when I had a union ambulance job, and when I went to pick one of them up after they "fixed" it, it broke down with the same issue we brought it in for after turning left onto Sisk Rd. The only reason I had my vehicle towed here and not to Haidlin Ford in Oakdale was because the Oakdale Ford does not have the HV battery recovery charger. This service department at Heritage Ford Modesto does not care about you, your car, or your situation. All they seem to care about is how much they can get away with charging you. I strongly advise anyone considering taking their vehicle here to consider a different shop, unless of course your just here for a free oil change.

I called before hand and spoke with Manny, he was very helpful and patient and got exactly what I needed for me. When I got down there Manny even had great customer service in person and so did his co worker Alex they both were super helpful and Alex had helped double check everything would work fine. Great customer service from both.. when I was done with that I had to go to another desk and talk to Rocky, he was again very helpful and explained everything nicely and walked me through things.. Rocky made sure my car was handled with care as well and They had such great customer service especially for my first time being there.. thank you again

I gotta say this is the second time I have had to use Heritage Ford and they have done nothing but been so extremely helpful, upfront, honest, and most of all super nice! The service I got was great and I truly appreciate that there was a couple of people who answered my questions and showed compassion during this hard time of having my car being totaled out. I wanna say THANK YOU VERY MUCH HERITAGE FORD! YOU ALL DID AN AMAZING JOB!
