My car broke down due to a recalled oil pump on august 6th, so I took it to this dealership. They sat on it for 2 weeks before telling me they were going to break down the engine. They’re supposed to rent me a car, but I have been getting the run around this whole time. I have reported this to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration because this is unacceptable.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 Ford Lightning at Heritage Ford. Having bought several cars from various dealerships over the years, I can confidently say this was the best experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, Andre and Gram greeted me with professionalism and warmth. Our negotiations were fair and respectful, just the way they should be. The finance manager also respected my decision regarding additional warranties and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want, which I greatly appreciated.
If I ever buy another Ford in the future, I am 100% coming back to Heritage Ford. I highly recommend asking for Andre and Gram—they will work with you every step of the way until you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

I took my truck in because the battery was going dead, the taillights hyper-flash when the headlights turn on, my light bar and license plate lights turn on when I press on the breaks, my remote start no longer works and my instrument cluster blanks out including the speedometer and odometer and all the indicator lights light up (check engine, high beam, break, anti-theft, etc.). After telling the service advisor what the issues were, I was told, after four days, that it was the alternator and it was all fixed. I paid over $1400 and the next day, the battery died. I was told that the tail lights are burnt out (smells burnt), but magically starts working when the headlights are off. I bring it in for a second time, after three days, I was told that the drain is because the “P” (park) indicator on my display doesn’t highlight. They didn’t tell me if they were not going to fix the issue, they just said the truck is ready to pick back up. I get my truck back, the same issues are still there and they never even fixed the issue of the “P” not being lit up and causing the drain. The service department is horrible at best. I don’t know what the competence of the technician that work on my truck is either. Trouble shooting issues is not their strong point. It smell burnt? Does not cut it. You need to get better technicians and better service advisor. Telling a customer it’s fixed and the issues are still present is bad customer service.

I've been coming here since I was a new teen driver and am nearly 55. Everyone is great and I enjoy the friendly staff 1000% . I've had 3 Fords over the years and never regret owning a Ford.

Brought in my car for a recall repair at 7:30am, they confirmed they got the parts, then until past noon they called and say they don’t have the parts, what a joke of customer service. I missed work for nothing!
