Long story short I had washer and dryer delivered and installed. There were some inconveniences along the way and at one point I could see the guy didn’t want to install the washer and dryer after I showed him they would fit. Called the boss who is amazing and she told them to and guess what it worked out. Paid the guys $20 previously if it didn’t work out and then gave the rest AFTER everything got installed which was $330 so altogether $350 and the chap still said I was short! I tried my best to explain but they couldn’t understand because they could barely speak English themselves as I myself barely speak Spanish so it goes both ways. Once again the boss was great but the driver was cool until the money came up and then tried to tell me I was short when I was not. I will do future business with them but hope to see improvement within his understanding capabilities. Thank you guys!

2 things. I bought 2 older fridges and washers for my rentals and theyre good and fine. But.....my aunt bought from them and wanted a matching set and made a deal with the guy to receive a discount or credit if she gave him her existing wash/dryer that worked fine. They kept promising her some type of credit then eventually stopped answering her calls and she never recieved any credit, money, or discount for her set that worked fine.

Bought a fridge washer and dryer. The ice maker over filled at spilled a lot of water in the fridge and on my floor.reached out to them "within the 30 day warranty" with photos they requested no response. No text back,reached out to them again no answer. Left a voicemail no response.

I've just purchased a side by side fridge. Was told it works with a water and ice maker. When it was delivered it was missing parts. The delivery guy said they would deliver the part the next day and install it. They did not do so, when I called and spoke to the owner he assured me by Monday or Tuesday I would have the part. That Wednesday came and spoke to him again, he then said the part wasn't found yet but that once they have it they would bring it or if not get me another side by side with a water and ice maker that I purchased. I've been calling almost every day and now they won't answer my calls. This place is a scam and a rip off. I wouldn't waste my time or money on people who don't value one's business and are just looking to rip people off. I only put one star because it won't let me post my review without one.

We bought a washer in December two weeks before Christmas, it stopped working two days (February) and they said they would send someone out for $50. Okay that's fine. My husband tried calling them more than 6 times today and no answer to coordinate someone coming out. I do not recommend this place.

we bought a fridge and after two months stopped working and when asked for someone to come check it out they said they wanted to charge almost $70 for bad brdige they sold to come out and checkit out . Stay away from this palce ..

I purchased an appliance on a Wednesday by Friday (after I had already filled it) it started leaking some brown fluid, now it's icing over in the freezer an it's not getting cold in fridge they will not return my calls even tho I was told their is a 30 day warranty I'm now 12 days into the warranty time and have received no help please do not get scammed by these terrible buisiness people.

NO STARS AT ALL!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USED APPLIANCE!! We have had two bad experiences with them. The first they actually came and fixed the issue just for it to break down again a year later. But it was a little over a year that the dryer. Last year, we bought a very expensive refrigerator. (before our dryer went out) Just for it to start having problems within weeks. Ice maker & water filteration. They came out unprepared so it didn't get fixed. After days passing, we called, then it was we needed to order part, and many other excuses. It finally got fixed. Then 6 months later it stopped working. We left many messages but no one returned any of our calls. We had to hire another appliance company to fix to find behind the walls of our refrigerator. Many broken issues and missing pieces. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
